Went in to Simply get a can of coffee, the rack was empty and I noticed they had the item I was looking for it on the shelf in the freezer. I asked one employee to grab me one and for some reason she couldnt manage it then I had what seemed to be a superior berate me and say that the item was not in stock ,when clearly, it was. So I directed the employees (now we have TWO people on this task) to where it was only to have her come back out in an ill mood and once again state that they do not have it. So now I have two employees that are either blind or just plain incompetent telling me that they dont have it when im looking at the packaging. I once again direct them in there to grab the item and then come back out saying that there are things in the way so they cannot reach it.... at this point you can imagine how Im feeling trying to buy one $3 can of coffee running late for work... in leaving I noticed another employee behind the counter doing something so I asked her to grab the item, she took my direcrion went back, grabbed the item, and an extra with no problems.. Being a previous small business owner hiring employees means hiring people that are capable of doing the job. So if someone gets in a fussy mood because they are simply asked to do what is required of them they should not be employed, just plain simple. Thank you bartell for making the simple task of getting a tiny can of coffee so difficult.

Used to love this place but it has changed. They used to spend a lot of time curating nice craft beers at a very reasonable price but have completely flip flopped, offering very steep pricing on beers that are either not craft beer or if they are craft beer, the pricing is so expensive that its not worth it. Ive purchased a few beers here that were funky and well past their sell-by date. Its nice in a pinch but it is not great.

They unfairly profile people and those that arent like the other s get followed around the store by stupid employees that think theyre being sneaky. And therere always more employees than customers, but customer service is poor because theyre all busy following you around and whispering loudly.

Washingtons own chain drug store. Brightly lit, well stocked and they also have local brews growler fill stations. Service is always good, on par with other Bartells. This is the only chain drug store we frequent, and we rank them quite a bit above Walgreens in terms of customer experience.

I love Bartell Drugs. It has a little bit of everything but not a lot of any one category. I also give them credit for continuing to evolve their offerings; the South Lake Union and 5th avenue locations offer local beers on tap.

Good selection of stock and snacks. Always drop in here when I need something super quick. Staff arent the friendliest, and the homeless hanging around outside detract from using this store.

I havent actually used their pharmacy- but I know they have a good selection of typical everyday items for not too bad of price. Im not a huge fan of their weekend hours though.

The people behind the counter are inconvenienced by you. Not friendly and low energy. I only go here because of convenience. The pharmacy people are really nice though!

Always a friendly staff. Sometimes they have very good specials. Check their salespaper, will usually have good deals. Lots of other stuff around the area as well.

Overpriced. once got an yogurt which was expired. got refunded for that but inventory management should have been better. staff is always rude for some reason.

Very convenient location for Amazon employees. Staff is helpful and you can get pretty much every daily need here. Closes a bit early at night.
