I honestly have never had a good experience with any of the staff. I get that your job is to educated with your plans, promotions, and equipment, but expressing your exasperation with what you consider "stupid questions" is just plan rude. I have been to many sprint locations and have always felt welcome and appreciated for my buisness. Your location makes me feel dirty when I leave with your staffs lack of tact, work ethic, and EXTREME lack of passion for their job. Every time I had the misfortune of being there, at least one customer leaves shouting. I drive out of my way now to avoid this crew.

Nightmare!!! In the process of purchasing a new phone, and being a sprint customer, they returned my cell phone number of 15 years to Verizon and could not get it back, Two managers would not do anything about it. I was not kept informed of the process and after several days had to take matters into my own hands. They never solved the problem for me, the call center handled it. If youre going in with a problem, they have no experience and no capability of handling it!! For purchases and simple things, fine, but I wouldnt take a chance for anything beyond that!!

Switched from verizon to sprint and completely regret it due to the inconsistency in customer service. Not only were we put on the wrong plan by blake but he wouldnt admit to his own mistake so now we pay more for less Gb. On the other hand Carl is a great employee.

The staff is poorly trained and they dont care to help keep customers or try to fix issues. Make the trip to Lynnwood if you want to be treated right.
