First Impression: Store was super clean, well organized and put together. best party city I had been too. Lots of selection as well. Staff was helpful... we thought, we were in need of a box to put together a Gender Reveal with baloons. Found out they did not sell them but they offered a shipping box. We initially declined and went on a hunt for a nice box in the general area to no avail, even at UPS (They were out). Now the story begins, we went back and told them about our trials at finding a box and asked if we could accept the shipping box for our reveal. They grabbed a box, we gave them the baloons we had picked out, a pack of 6 for $2.99 with polkadots we gave them Blue and Pink and asked them to use the color that goes with the paperwork we handed them. They said Cool, we can do that. We also bought a over sized bag and put the box in it so it would be decorated told them we would like a balloon anchor/weight as well. This was all awesome. They seemed to understand. Then the waiting began when we went to the back of the store so we couldnt see what balloons were being filled... the waiting continued... and continued... over 30 minutes later at the risk of finding out we (including a 2 year old who was loosing patience more than us parents) went to the front of the store. She was side tracked, she said she was getting right on it... Another person came out that we had talked to earlier asked him if he knew anything... He went to find out now too as more time had passed. Came back to tell us they had run out of helium and he was going to fix that right away. He did, that was good for another 10 minutes... Fast forward to waiting... waiting... waiting... and hearing 2 balloons pop. They finally come to get us. The bag is sealed and sinched up tight. Yay!! Everything apparently there... Checkout Begins... We asked if it was our balloons that popped, were told yes. Cool... Honesty... Then she says I will just charge you for the ones that didnt. Then proceeded to charge 3 times the price of the package. Corrected her, that no, that was not the price. She double checked and charged us for the full package... OK... I guess were just paying for the helium of the baloons that didnt pop. They charged us for a weight for the balloons. OK... Offered us the receipt we said no Thank you as the color of the balloons was listed and asked that they throw it away. Fast forward to the reveal... Open the bag for the balloons to come out and voilia! They do!! With no string attached and YES the weight in the bottom of the box so in to the air they go and no photo opportunity. Thanks Party City! More than an hour of my life wasted waiting for 6 balloons to be filled (2 of which popped) for a photo that I should have had 5-7 days to get (Got the cool special helium, at least that is what we paid for.) and only got to see the baloons scatterly fly out. No photo. But we do know the gender... it was a girl. Sorry family and friends you didnt get to partake in the moment and see the picture. I will send a picture of what it looked like closed but no balloon bouqet.

They have a couple new candy dispensers with a huge variety of individually wrapped candy. I go get my kids candy from here before we go see a movie. Its a large store with an inventory to match which means one stop party supply/decoration shopping. Prices are a bit high but not having to stop at a dozen places for party supplies and decorations, gift wrap and balloons, to me makes up for the extra cost.
