Sales clerks are rude and lazy. Even when I told the overly-pierced man and African american woman at the checkout counter the sale price of an item, they denied it. When I told them it was on other similar items on the rack, they shrugged and asked me to go and bring it to them! This when there was no-one in line behind me. The manager didnt seem to care either. Ive never seen such rude and shoddy customer service!

the other reviews that say "messy" are thinking H&M is a nordstrom or something. good clothes, good prices- not all of the clothes have good fits/fabric but no store has 100% perfect garmets. I have a few plain stretch cotton skirts from here that Ive had for a few years (at least 4 years).

Horrible customer service. Called to hold a sweater for 24 hours. When I got to the store. No sweater?? The managers seem to really not care. No apologies. Issac and Chloe they SUCK!! Total was of mine time.

Standard H&M, meaning youll find super cheap clothes with a range of quality. Its a bigger footprint with more than half of the 2nd floor dedicated to menswear. Clean store, friendly staff.

Weekend sale price was ignored at checkout even there is a big 14.95 red price tag attached to the item. I only found out at home and do not bother to go back to correct it.

Last time I went in it was extremely messy. Some of the sales staff there are so pretentious, too. Wearing all H&M clothing and acting as useless as possible.

H and M is a great store, but I just hate it when the store is not organized. They must do something about that and hire more staff for the evening hours.

Busy changing rooms, cheap quality clothes. Moderately cheap prices but for the quality its not that great. Better when they were just in Europe.
