So transitioning from metropcs to sprint was litty af. #4GLTEBlazeIt #FastAF. There is a real G named Brendan that works at the shoreline location and, say, if you lived an hour away from shoreline, the drive would be worth it just to work with this rep. #SalesRepGameStrong #CarefulHeWILLStealYoGirl. He was more then helpful, made the switch seamlessly and my bill was actually cheaper in the end. He even transferred all my info from my dated iPhone 5 to my new 6s+ and absolutely everything was saved. #NewPhoneWhoDis. Because a real maverick has no time to remake contact lists and re download often used apps. As far as service, Sprint is all the way up. #VerizonWho? #Thot-MobileCantHang. The only reason Brendan Wright is getting a one star is because I cant put ZERO! He setup 4 iPhone 7s for my close friends and lied about everything he was doing. He scammed them by adding two new phone lines with out telling them it was happening. The bill for the following month was $1200 when he said it would only cost them $411per month. He is a pathological lair everything that came out of his mouth were lies. Nobody trust this guy, make sure you are not over paying!

Brendan Wright helped us get the new iphone 7 set up for both my wife and I, and he couldnt have been more helpful. He was very clear and made sure we understood what was happening and what we were paying for. He has the best people skills of any Sprint employee we have ever come across, and we will definitely be coming back to this store specifically for his help. AND he has great hair.

Would rate 0 if I could. Called into the store to ask if they had the phone I wanted in stock, they said they did and they had "more than one available." 5 minutes later I got to the store (I was the only customer in there) and they said that they were sold out. Thanks for ruining Christmas

Brendan was extremely helpful when I asked for his help setting up my phone. After going through the hassle of visiting few stores he was finally able to sort the things out that were bothersome. If you need anything taken care of related to your Sprint service, ask for that guy!

Friendly staff that helped me out with a bill from years ago, even though I wasnt a customer any longer and was not going to be one ever again they still treated me respectfully and helped me out in a very courteous manner despite knowing I wasnt going to benefit them in any way.
