Your sales associate Kolton was short, disrespectful and acted as though my questions were somehow very challenging for him. Maybe he was having a bad day but to take frustration out on a customer who is asking some basic questions with a rude and condescending tone is ridiculous. Thankfully I was in a good mood and did not take it personally but I found my experience rude and left me with a bad taste. This young man can use some lessons in customer service such as understanding that he is the face of your company and his behavior reflects directly on your organization. If he was one of my employees he would be fired. Every customer should be treated with equal respect. What happened to the customer is always right? This young man was contentious and difficult at best.

Its amazing how well the gentlemen here handle rude people. I came in to transfer data and numerous people came in complaining and being down right mean to them. None of the guys there new any of these people - they were call complaining about a corporate store. I heard cuss words, insults, and one lady started screaming at the manager before he even had a chance to greet her. Its amazing how bad customers can treat retail workers... I for one love this store, they always help, they are attentive, and genuinely want to teach and help me. Any billing issue I have had they solve it. Im writing this so people can take the bad reviews here with a grain of salt. They really do work hard for us - lets not forget to be kind to each other.

If I could give -5 stars I would. This is the worst at&t store I have ever been to. They never answer the phones even when you call 30 times in a row. Every time I go in to the store I wait at least an hour to be talked to and even then they will get up and leave to help a different customer and leave me to sit even longer. I tried to eliminate this problem by making an appointment and I still wanted the same amount of time. My recommendation is to save your gas and time and never go to this terrible establishment.

This is actually my favorite AT&T store in the area. I have never ever ever had a bad experience here. Kolton has helped me multiple times and is always extremely helpful and patient with me. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to help me. I wont go to any other store in the area because I have had horrible experiences at the other ones. I also really like that they have late hours, so if I need some help last minute I can stop in as late as 9pm.

Buyers beware!!! Dont shop here. This isnt an AT&T corporate store!! If you ever need to return anything its a horrible experience. This business is privately owned and very shady. This company are crooks and if you pay cash. Youll have an extremely hard time getting your money back. RUN from this place, very poor customer service. Save your self a headache and dont shop here. 100%crooks! !!

The local salesman Gant was dishonest. He must work on commission. He was eager and helpful to sign me up. When I got my first bill there was surprise charge for 90$ for starting new account. This he omitted telling me. When I left the store he handed me a receipt showing zero charge for the whole transaction.

Just found out that this is not a true AT&T store and they can tell you whatever they want. When I checked with AT&T I found out that this store had given me false information and now Im screwed. BEWARE!!!

Switching from Comcast to Att directv and internet was definitely more affordable and best move to make. Come see Henry and switch to make sure it is done right. Great location
