Pretty annoying trying to get ahold of someone on the phone. Rings about 6 times, then goes back to an automated system saying that theyre too busy to answer the phone. Then asks if Id like to try again, which I do. After about 10 times, I gave up. Would be nice if they joined every other large company in the world and had a way to stay on hold in a queue until someone was available.... D:
