Went to buy alcohol here and waited in line forever because the old lady behind the register rang something up wrong. Keep in mind, I was patient, didnt say anything, and waited while other fed up customers moved to the other register. When it finally came time to pay for my alcohol, I handed her my ID (Im 23), and she wouldnt accept it because my hair in my ID was red and now its blonde. Yeah, I guess shes been living in a magical world where Playboy bunnies are all natural. Nevermind the fact that my height, weight and eye color were the same as the card, I also had multiple forms of ID. Im also part of their customer loyalty system (I dont know if that matters). She didnt care. She let me know she was the manager and told me to leave. Went up the street to Willibies and had no problem getting my hooch. My loyalty with that particular CVS is over.

Very nice, helpful staff. But, needs a bit of fixing up and a bit more help at the register. Also, the pharmacy is constantly out of all 24 hour decongestant! Thats very irritating since one is limited to how much they can buy at one time!!!

Empty shelves. Not well stocked or staffed as the one on North McDowell. When it was Longs Drugs it was always busy.
