The cashiers at this store do a great job, unfortunately, the person at the top does not. The store manager (Amanda) is unprofessional, rude and shockingly abusive to customers. She truly seems to be on a power trip and appears to be mentally unstable. She has severe problems with customers who stand up to her bullying behavior and takes everything that is said personally. The clothes at this store are completely overpriced and if you do find something that happens to be on sale, it usually has a hole or a stain. This store doesnt follow the Goodwill return policy in any way. They do NOT gladly return items, instead they treat the customer who also happens to be a donor, as if they are doing something horribly wrong. If you try to return an item that someone else purchased for you, this store manager will call another store and call you names such as "rude, difficult" and tell you to "keep your comments to yourself." She will take some random name out of their system and badmouth you to the other Goodwill store while you are standing right in front of her. She will also lie and claim that all electronics purchased at the Goodwill must have a safety box or they wont be returned. Really, what is that? So if you ever purchase any electronic from Goodwill ask the clerk to be sure it has an electronic safety box. If any tag looks like it is put on sideways, be sure they write it on the receipt if you need to return it. Their return policy doesnt state that you have to show ID, but if you want to return an item at this store, they will either ask you for your name, or input some other name that isnt you. Anyone could come into the store and use your name and do a return so it is not even properly identifying the person doing the return. The worst part about all of this is they arent even giving cash back, they are exchanging used goods for other used goods, that were donated by the customers they are harassing. It is obvious that the other businesses at this center feel the same way about this Goodwill as they have posted signs all over the parking lot that say, "NO Goodwill customers."

The price for closing is really overpriced - I found the same dress I have in my closet that I purchased in COSTCO sometime ago for 10$ they want 15$ for the used one:))))) and believe me - its a very cheap dress (but comfortable, "home dress") and would never gave more than 10$ for it)))) And when I tried to noticed to an employee of the store that the price for the store is ridiculous high I was told Im saving a lot in COSTCO))) really? I believe costco deals not the best often as they sell basic things or you win a little because you have to buy huge bunches :))) Ive found a lot of overpriced items there. But the most important thing for me is that the way the employee was talking to me was rude, I wont return there...

The cashier in the jewelry charged one of my T-shirt twice, the most expensive one, it was black label. When I told her the price is not correctly, she said I purchased two fashion cloth. Until I wanted to check, she told me she scanned twice. Be careful what you purchase and counte before you leave. By the way, the price here is higher.

This Goodwill has excellent books of all kinds with fantastic deals! Im especially impressed by the number of high quality modern literature finds. Also great selection of all other products and less picked over than other city Goodwills. Great to support such impactful employment programs by just shopping!

Goodwill was a great store to shop at for great "thrift store" gently used items. But these days Goodwill has gone crazy with their pricing. I might as well buy new versus buying used. There is a reason it was donated for a lot of stuff, there is probably some problem with it!!! Price things better people.

Its a typical Goodwill as far as the wares go. The staff is friendly, checking out is a breeze and things re pretty orderly. My only complaint is that the parking lot is often full and spaces near the Goodwill are often marked as "QFC parking" only with the threat of towing.

It would be five stars if they had lower prices and if they quit having gross scary stuff during Halloween season. It scares my kids and its impossible to shop there without them seeing it due to the way its merchandised. Staff are generally alright.

Great thrift shop supporting the great cause of job training. Monday sales ($1.79 for the tag color of the day) is very sweet. The store is clean and well organized, and the merchandise is always in great shape. Im a regular there--can you tell?

Found an old bike for $50, it was quite rusty and needed quite a bit of work. I asked a woman who seemed to be the manager if they can bring the price down and she got defensive, and seemed annoyed. The other associates were nice though.

Decent, you can find an ocational deal. Goodwill is getting harder and harder to find a deal at. They are becoming more big buisness and there prices have gone up with the amount of deals going down.

One of the better thrifts Ive been to. Just about always has deals, probably due to the surrounding area being mostly well off, thus it gets constant donations. Parking can be tight on the weekends.

Great, smaller version of the Goodwill. I like coming here with my 18 month old daughter, as its not too expansive, and I can keep her with me without having to leash her in.

As far a Goodwills go, this one is great. Great selection of kids books. Kids clothing is hit or miss. Always lots of furniture. Dropping off items is really easy as well.

The Taj Mahal of Goodwill stores. Big store with easy parking but most importantly the quality of the items here are amazing. The furniture is especially good quality.

Like any thrift store, its hit and miss, but this store has a good selection of 90s electronics and interesting mid-century curios from the estates of the Edmonds area.

I bought a bunch of glass mugs and wine glasses and what not, probably about 30 items, and the lady who checked me out took the time to wrap them all individually!

shh! Edmonds is the 2nd best goodwill in the Seattle area! Even better than the new(ish) Kirkland store. Crown Hill is still the king though.

Love this Goodwill, always clean and they have good finds. Surrounded by downtown Edmonds community so of course there are nice donations.

Smaller Goodwill and the prices are on the high side for a Goodwill. Still worth a stop and quick peak at what they got.
