I have used this pharmacy for 6 months and am switching pharmacies. I have used two other Bartell pharmacies (one in downtown and one in White Center) and they rock, so I thought this one would too. Unfortunately this location is slow at faxing requests to my doctor, and the pharmacy is nearly always under-staffed. The employees have also shouted the name of my medication on two occassions which I find particularly embarrassing.

Very poor store! I have called my pharmacy in and gave them hours to fill it.. 5 hours later i go into get it before i have to take my medicine and its not ready.. so i sit there for 20 minutes. This HAS HAPPENED TWICE! Other than that everyone there is real friendly and nice.. just VERY SLOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bad Service this is second time they lie to me, they dont make prescription ready on timely manner My daughters Dr sent this prescription 4pm and its 8pm prescription still not ready lady at pharmacy flat lie out that she just got prescription however Dr. Office already closed at 6. Funny ha ha

Out of all bartell drugs I have visited, Id have to say this one is the best. The staff are very knowledgeable of where their products are located. The service is good, and they always strive to exceed your expectations. It certainly is my store of choice now. Its worth the drive.

Horrible service. The pharmacist Michael is incapable of his job, he refused to fill my medication, so I called the bartells I regularly go to and they had NO issue with filling my prescription. Horrible experience. He is an idiot and should have his job taken from him.
