Poor service. I requested online refill 7 days ago and their website clearly stated that the refill will be available by Tuesday (2 business days after submission). The website also clearly states that they will follow-up with my doctor if renewal is necessary. I just went there after 7 days (5 business days) and they told me that my prescription is not ready. Why did their website say that it would be ready by Tuesday when they could not commit to it? If my doctors office did not respond in a couple of days, why did they not follow-up? I am leaving out of country tomorrow and now I will have to go without my med for a few days because of their incompetence and lack of responsibility towards their customer. My wife has had a very similar experience with them. Very poor.

Horrible service! Hours are terrible - (not like any CVS Ive known). A rat literally ran across the front of me when I walked in, they answer the phone before they help people at the register in the pharmacy and they always have to involve my Dr because they are incompetent to deal with insurance. I am so happy there is a drive through so I dont have to go in anymore. The ONLY reason I go there at all now is to pick up a prescription. After the rat incident - I just dont go in. The place actually looks filthy too.

This isnt the cleanest CVS Ive been to, the floor is always in bit of a disarray and the layout is kinda confusing. But I come here to fill my prescriptions, so to avoid the store I re-fill on line and use the drive through pharmacy. Although when I do visit the store, the staff is especially friendly and accommodating, particularly the pharmacy staff. They always have a great attitude and expert patience. Parking lot is a little jammed due to poor design, so I usually park on the street near the bank to a quick exit.

This CVS, #9752, has the most courteous and helpful employees. The clerks smile and answer questions, take you to the products and explain the ingredients. My wallet was found by the manager, Theresa, who would not take a gratuity for her service. I was very grateful when she just smiled and handed it to me. She is one in a million! Thanks again Theresa.

came here with my wife, she needed to pick up a snack before we hit the road for arizona, and the shelves were empty and in disarray, and i kid you not they must have rats here, their popcorn had a hole nibbled through it. not the service i would expect for my family .

Worst CVS pharmacy in the area. Poor customer service, long lines, long wait times (at least an hour to fill a standard Rx), and half the people who work there dont speak clearly so you can understand what theyre saying.
