Found an item at the Tukwila location but they only had one so I called the Burien location to see if they had any left. A lady answered and said she was busy and asked if she could place me on hold. I responded by telling her No Problem. Once she got back on the line she was rude and very unhelpful by telling me that she had no more left without even looking. I asked if she could at least just look and asked me to place back on hold but instead she hung up on me. When I called back she said didnt know who was looking for my item and said that she didnt have time to look because she was busy.

If I could give them no stars I would. The pharmacy staff is some of the rudest, insensitive people Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering, the wait is always 45 minutes, and the store is freezing. Nope, mope nope. Walgreens is right down the street and a much more pleasant experience, save yourself the hassle with Bartell.

This old local chain has been with us forever and they seem to still be alive and kicking. The company has always been heady on customer service and empowering their employees to that effect. I see that nothing appears to have changed much. :-)

Ive been going here for 15+ years. It has a friendly staff with a low turnover, and they greet me like a close friend. Lots of various products, including seasonal items. A center aisle runs daily specials. Pharmacy, electronics.

They no longer offer photo processing. When asked she told me I could go to White center or Costco... Neither are an option for me. Booo.
