This is the worst drug store experience Ive ever encountered. I came in with a prescription from doctor prefilled with all my information on Saturday. They didnt have the supplies. I came in the next day. I waited for someone to see me but that took awhile. I finally was helped and had to wait again for over twenty minutes for them to get close to filling it.. The assistant then required me to fill more paperwork including information I now didnt have. She suggested I call it in but I couldnt get the prescription until she had the info. All the info on me was already in their files except the new case number. I will now take three trips to get a single prescription filled. I just wanted to not be in pain as soon as possible. Go elsewhere if you dont have your doctor call it in....

OMG stupid is all I can say! Sketchy and scary to think I let them fill my prescription. Sorry but learn English if you are going to try an understand people. The manager is a joke an all this was over a script transfer. I dont recommend this particular rite aid. The other Rite aids I use are amazing its just this particular store. They dont even ask you if you need a consult. Hell how can they consult if they cant speak our language. Kinda sad...

the employees and security guard treated us horribly for no reason at all. followed us around the store after being in there for one minute. Im going to make sure that guy gets fired, because Ive heard nothing but major issues from that guy. the security guard tried to get us to fight him after we left and no employees helped at all. the whole thing was ridiculous and the people here sucked at helping. if anything, the employees encouraged it.

convenient, but there were some creepy people here...kinda slow. I kinda made a rude comment because I misunderstood one of your checkers, so Pleaaassseeeee, because I dont live in Seattle, help me find this person so I can appoligize... I dont like pharmacy I think their disorganized and rude and I dont have much experience I dont think. I say prescription in ready 20 minutes and its not and dishonest in their work. Heidi

I made a special trip to buy 2 items that were advertised. The manager told me one of the items was never sent to the store. The other wasnt as advertised. Very frustrating!!!

I called to ask for an emergency refill of my prescriptions and the pharmacist was extremely rude and he hung up on me. Im glad this is not my local rite aid.

This place is super sketchy. Theres always a security guard there, it looks worn down and so do the people. Go here if you must.
