Ive been to multiple Bartells locations and this one is by far the smallest one Ive been to. I was actually shocked at how limited the selection is. Even in the seasonal aisle, where I was looking for Easter candy, the pickings were extremely limited. But since this location is closest to my house, I transferred my RXs here from the Burien store. The pharmacy is also incredibly small - it looked like all 3 or 4 of the employees in the pharmacy were practically on top of each other, they had so little room to move. But, the pharmacy staff was extremely helpful when it came to helping me find a cost effective alternative to a prescription I had, and I was really pleased with their service. PRO TIP: if you have an RX that comes in either tablets or capsules, get the capsules, as they are much cheaper than tablets for some reason. My RX went from $74 as tablets to $6 as capsules. The overall feeling I got from the store, besides how small it is, was one of sadness. I hope sometime soon itll be remodeled and fancied up like some of the other locations have been. This location also had a Franciscan clinic available, but as I didnt go there to use that service, Im unable to comment on it other than the fact that its there.

How many ways can they say, "We dont want your business"? The pharmacy misspelled my name, sent my prescriptions to the wrong doctor, and got dosages wrong. Im suffering without a medication for the last three days, and had to get ahold of my doctor on a Sunday to get another prescription filled. If youre concerned with life-saving meds, dont go there.

Stopped in for a quick snack while waiting for the bus, Got charged on my card not once, not twice but 3 times, not only was the customer service at the register APALLINGLY RUDE... When sbe got on the phone with her "support" She Flat Out LIED And Started TaUnTiNg ME!!! This place was OUTRAGEOUS!!! NEVER EVEN DRIVE THRU!

Horrible customer service there employees mispriced an item and they will not honor it the price that was tagged on the item spoke to manager on duty his exact words were too bad will never come back and would not recommend anyone coming here

Nostalgic, charming pharmacy, downtown! Actually fun just to walk by and snap a pick or two... Inside is curious in a good way. No problems with staff.
