I like that the pharmacy is open late (until 12am several days per week) and has a drive-thru window. The pharmacy staff are always very nice, though they seem generally slower than other locations for their amount of customers. They are very patient and helped me even though I was there at the end of the day once, although the non-pharmacy employees were not too happy about it. Note that the drive-thru area closes earlier than the pharmacy sometimes, so if you get there at a certain time, you will need to park on the street and walk [or elsewhere in the garage if it is still open]. ALSO, note that if you call the pharmacy directly and listen to their hours, they are NOT CORRECT. One of the signs outside is incorrect also. The pharmacy closes earlier on Saturday/Sunday than on weekdays. I do not get any cellphone reception in this store, FYI.

Compared to the super sad Walgreens across the street, this is a great drug store. Its as cheerful as a drugs store can be and has a decent selection of drug-store things. The staff is friendly and the care clinic is quick and cheap. My one complaint is that the pharmacy staff is oblivious to people waiting in line. It usually takes 5 minutes for them to notice me. I get if theyre busy - but nod at me or say "Thanks for your patience, well be with you in a moment." But I go in for prescriptions every few weeks and Im always waiting.

If youre a girl and you need girl supplies, this is your place. Well laid out, easy to find what you need, amazing selection...whether its mascara or fem hygiene or chocolate, if you dont find it here, it probably doesnt exist. The prices are good, and often there are coupons right on the display. I am especially fond of the cosmetics section, and I am a makeup snob. Plus, the people are always eager to help, instead of other places where they grudgingly acknowledge your presence and act like youre in their way.

I know this is just a drug store, but I LOVE this Bartells. It is the cleanest and most kindly staffed of the chain. There is an amazing selection of food including an entire cheese rounder with crackers and fig jam. There is even a little ice cream stand! So happy to be living close to this Bartells.

Very large, brightly lit, well organized store with just about everything youd need for a home. We like Bartells especially because its Washingtons own, and my wife went to school with one of the founders granddaughters, I think. Great service, always. The staff is always helpful and very graceful.

The pharmacist working tonight was busy beyond belief, but she was professional, and patient, and kind. I was sorry to see that she didnt have the backup she needed and would recommend that the manager support her as she is working with people who are in need of medical advice, and prescriptions.

I really needed a bag of chips, Toby Keith cologne, a dress shirt, vitamins, cheap sunglasses, a birthday card, a bat mitva card, fried peanut shells, cod liver oil, printed photos, and a new calendar AND THIS PLACE HAD IT ALL! WOW!

This store has a clinic for minor illnesses and injuries. The medical & pharmacy staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The nurse practitioner I saw went above & beyond to help me & I felt her genuine care

The store is laid out a little wonky, and the staff are usually just "okay" here. The location up the street is generally a more pleasant experience all around, especially the pharmacy.
