The employees at this pharmacy lied repeatedly about having medications in stock (even when they were provided WEEKS of notice ahead of time), forcing me to return to the store again and again just for that single item. When I finally cancelled and changed a final prescription to a new pharmacy, the Bartell people filled it anyway (and continue to hold it for me? God knows as I never receive notifications of any kind); this actin has in turn caused an inability to renew the prescription at any new location because records show the medication "was recently filled." Bartell Pharmacy at Lake City care not one bit for a single; cant tell why theyre in this business at all. I will never shop here for anything again.

I have always had good experiences at the Bartell pharmacy. But customers need to understand that they are busy people and they fill hundreds of prescriptions daily. Its way better to have your doctor call in your prescription or renew it yourself and give them plenty of time to fill it. I have never waited more than a half hour to get new ones filled and the staff are always courteous and friendly. That said, Bartell needs lower their prices on store items like vitamins and supplements.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would! Never in my life have I witnessed anyone who was so racist against my friend. While trying to purchase some alcohol, the employee refused to give the bottle to my friend as to hint they didnt trust him. The bottle was then walked up to to registers, where it would wait to be purchased. Never have I seen this as a policy at a store. The employee was so rude and very discriminating. Its 2015 not 1960.

I get my meds from the pharmacy of this Bartells. They have this annoying practice of filling all but 1 or 2 of my meds and then texting me that my prescription is ready for pick-up. This store is not within walking distance of my home, so I have to drive a fair distance to pick up my meds - only to be told that I can have all but this one or that one. Its frustrating, and they say that there is nothing they can do about it.

The pharmacy at this location always has a long wait, even if youve already called in your prescription and are there a couple of days after it was supposed to be ready for pickup. The pharmacists and techs all seem stressed whenever Ive been. Other Bartells locations are much better.

I enjoy finding some of my favorite natural and organic beauty products here as well as some odds and ends... SORRY I cant rate the pharmacy Personally, (as my insurance does not list this as an option). But, this is a very pleasant place to shop with excellent customer service.

As drug stores go, Bartell usually has a good selection of items that youd get in a drug store. The pharmacy gets your prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time. Plus its a local chain, which gives me more of an incentive to shop there.

Pleasant. BUT: They sell smokes but refuse to carry lighters. Some BS about warehouse issues. For over a year?!? I shop down the street, as they have no BS issues.
