This is about the counter lady Christine at Walgreens in Burien , Wa, on 14656 Ambaum.I have never had anyone in my entire 58 years of retail shoping be as helpful as this women. She is alittle older, and not in my league of women . So do not think that we were hitting on one another. She spent a lot of time helping me un ravel thoughtfull cards, and two birthday presents. One for my wife. The other for my mother in law. The presents I could not have thought of my self. She found the perfect girly style gift bags for each present. finally I am in weak health for late stage liver serousious, and need to be dringing high protein drinks. Christine should have been a doctor. She pulled the proper water style bottles, and should me that if you fill the bottles two thirds with juice, put them in the freezer at night, and in the morning added the balance of fulids, and protein powder, they would stay cool throughout the day. I do it everyday, and I thank this women. If anyone at Walgreens knows who this women is, you have her in the wrong position. She has people skills way beyond whoever in management is reading this, and should probably be in a CEO capacity. If I were a share holder, and knew she was at the helm, I would feel confident. If you read this Go shopng there, and you will see what I mean. Look for her if you need REAL SERVICE. NO SHIT11111111 Sincerely Tim Wilson

This by far the worst experience I have had with a big chain store like Walgreens. My little sister had a headache so me and my dad decided to go to Walgreens the closest store that sold children Tylenol. When we got there I dropped my dad off and went to go find a parking space. There was no parking spaces I decided to just loop around the parking lot. This wasnt suppose to take long. I took a left and ended up in the Drop off/pick up prescription lane. I was gonna back out but a car pulled in behind me. I had to wait. This normal for me is no big deal I have good patients and didnt see this has a big problem. after 5 minutes my dad came back with the Tylenol. and we had to wait another 35 minutes before the one car in front of us got their prescription. We tried to call the Walgreens employees to let them know they werent getting to the customer. They never took it seriously. I will never go back there again

I have never had this happen before. I came though and made a purchases in the amount of $62.00 and used my debit card. They have taken $62.00 X 2 out of my account. I called Friday and they told me to wait till Monday and then come in and talk to the manager. Today I did that. I didnt have the receipt but explained what day, how much, what register and what time I came though. He acted like it was certainly going to be a lot of work on his part to fix it. Well, its not fixed yet and its totally their ERROR. Might want to watch your account.

Im so glad that the pharmacy here is open 24 hours. I had to drive to Tacoma to meet with friends and forgot to pick up my cough. meds. By the time I was done, I really needed it but no pharmacies are open on a Sunday, much less at midnight. Im just so thankful that this Walgreens is open 24 hours and I Could you kindly make sure to pick up the medication. I give it a five star except that the facility doesnt look too clean and its in a seedy part of town. But, when you need to pick up medication on a Sunday night, you cant be choosy right.

Id give the place 5 stars, but there are homeless people that hang outside the building--or others that try and ask for money. Other than that, I really wanted to compliment Lovania, who works in the Photos area. Shes super friendly, and remembered me when I came back to the store after a month or so. Also, the assistant store manager, Alexander, was also informative and helpful. I remember he stopped to ask an elderly man if he needed help, and that he was getting the man s life story, but listened quite patiently. =)

Pharmacy is on point. Fast and efficient. It CAN get busy at times and you might have to wait in line though. But I havent had any problems with them in the past 7 years. You can also text them if you need a refill and you will get a text back once its ready for pick up.

This store is open 24 hours and I have gotten good service most of the time especially Sammy in cosmetics. The pharmacy is well run and I have never had an issue with any prescriptions

During busy hours a high traffic pharmacy, but the friendly staff and convenient location make it worth it regardless of the wait. Friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you.

My experience has been neutral. I am happy that we have a good medical store close to our house. However the staff is not friendly. The restrooms are locked and not clean.
