A perfectly good place to shop. The employees are nice and well-trained and do the best they can. They arent making commission, so they tend to leave you alone and let you breathe, unlike Nordstrom. Very helpful when you ask them for help though. They can even ring you out on the spot, though I ended up going to the line up front simply because thats where I wandered off to. I was between sizes in a dress, and the gal in the fitting room told me about their tailor! He was great, got the dress turned around in no time, and it looks fantastic now. It was much more affordable than I thought, so Ill have to go back and see him again for other stuff. People seem to get upset because the Rack isnt like Nordstrom proper, but what kind of a daft idiot (apart from the woman ahead of me who wasted five minutes of life the cashier and I ARENT GETTING BACK) doesnt expect a return policy at a discount retailer? I guess when youve "spent thousands of dollars at Nordstrom" you lose the ability to read receipts, or listen to the clerk tell you the policies as you check out. I understand those things are difficult when your head is shoved up your ass.

The person who was helping me and my wife check out was rude and as far as customer service is concern, she has none. She did not check the security tag and just half heartedly fold the shirt I purchase sloppily,threw the shirt inside a bag. I finally informed her about the security tag still attached to the shirt. I ask her just to place the shirt in a garment bag. Which she does not know how. Why would I spend good money for a shirt and the clerk would just sloppily throw it inside a bag. I did purchase 2 shirts tonight but next time, I wil shop somewhere else. The lines were long and have to deal with a clerk with an attitude. I always patronize the rack here at Northgate but I might just drive to Lynnwood..I went back to ask the clerk her name which she told me .

Purchased a watch that had a dead battery. Before purchasing, I was told that I could go to the full line Nordstrom store and get a new battery put in immediately. Went to the full line store and they said theyd have to ship it out and it would take 4-6 weeks. Went back to here and they told me that cant return the watch cause the battery is dead...wtf!?

This place has parking which is a definite plus from the downtown Seattle Nordstrom Rack. Whats nice too is that its attached to the rest of the mall and right above it is the food court in case shopping makes you hungry. The store isnt two stories like the downtown one, but it has a nice selection of goods.

The employees here are mostly awkward and unhelpful. There only a few women that are actually helpful. Ive had my phone stolen here. And I always feel the employees just stare and dont actually help. I also bought headphones from here that broke within two days.

Just a regular Nordstrom store with some discounts. Not a big deal. Sometimes you can find there something interesting with good discount but not often. Its like a lottery ;-)

One of the better stocked and run Nordstrom Racks in the greater Seattle area. On the new side, which most likely contributes to this. Large parking area.
