The very first time I went there, an employee was rude to my teen daughter. I ended up speaking up to the manager, who dealt with it and she just gave us a look. I have not gone back there, until I moved. I have found a mix of people there between rude and friendly, but mostly friendly. I am giving it a one star, because how can someone be happy there working, for the pay they earn ? It is not fair, that they work so much, get paid so little, and then try to find a smile, while they are probably stressed there too, or at any given Wal-Mart. It has gotten worse throughout the years, there are endless many registers, but they are closed- and if you see 20 registers or so at a Wal-Mart, with only five open with endlessly long lines- averaging a 30 minute wait a certain times, before you go to even put your stuff to the register- you just want to go shop somewhere else or wait to go there at another hour. It is not fair towards the employees or the customers to have an imbalanced system. I never worked at Wal-Mart and never will, it looks like a labor-factory to me. I hope they will at least give these people a decent raise, and not have them work at minimum wage and hire enough people to have a smooth store environment. It is just becoming worse and it is not what it used to be compared to the 90s one can say.

I am an employee here at walmart. I know how customers feel when they complain about how rude and unhelpful we are because most of us are rude and unhelpful, esp our managers. Sometimes even the fellow employee here are rude and unhelpful, esp if you are new. If you think associates are extremely rude to you customers, its about 3 or 4 times worse for the few associates that actually have to struggle to please both customers and the ever-changing minded managers because the few are either new or just cant get "connections" with the seniority associates like the other people who work here can. Im not here to defend walmart because I see no point in doing so. Walmart has become an extremely greedy company and it soils Sam Waltons name. Im just simply stating that some of us are treated just as bad, if not worse, than you customers. So keep in mind when youre shopping here, that youre not the only one being treated like the trash that blows about the parking lot.

BOYCOTT WALMART-SUPPORT LIVING WAGES AND FAIR TREATMENT. Most of the supervisors act like bastards. They treat their employees like disposable trash. Spend your money at other stores in the area, even if it costs more. Low prices arent everything. Retailers that offer decent wages and benefits help keep the community going strong, not drag it down to a lower level. Last time I walked thru this store Id never seen such beaten down looking workers. Mostly single mothers of color with hungry kids, who are too trapped and broke to quit. If we dont stop supporting companies that abuse our fellow americans, we wont have an america worth living in anymore. There is a dvd everyone should see. Its called WALMART: the high cost of low price. Check it out at your local library. Remember vote with your dollars and support the good guys or their wont be any left. Peace and justice.....bbopper

John, a red headed bearded dragon looking "Wal-Mart mechanic", is very pleased/proud of his many years of service with the worst company ever! Even though you have just traveled from another Wal-Mart, for lack of products with receipt in hand of a defective battery, he will cite policy as to why he has to waste your time to retest a battery for another hour that will come up defective again. This man is very condescending and lazy. Another employee Von, who was running the counter, was actually assisting us. John decided instead of working on the line of cars they had awaiting a simple oil change, which mind you was at a 3 hour wait, that he would cite policy to us. Needless to say after calling this store to verify they had the battery in question, it turns out they didnt! Have your automotive work done elsewhere and purchase your automotive needs from another source!

The cashier has been nicer but lets face it if you need any help on the floor your not going to get it! Or if you have the lucky chance you do they have no idea where anything us (even in the department they work in) and the workers always make you feel like your being an inconvenience to them. Its a crappy feeling being there. I think this gos with all walmart but the check out lines are just crazy there no need for that long of a,wait a lines. Than if the cashier need a manager help it takes for ever for them to come. There this guy manager that is an complete ass every time. I feel bad for the workers to be honest. And God forbid your on any kind of help like wic or food stamps or even use coupons hes going to make you feel like your scum. Hes a sorry excuse to be working there.. Over all I only go for one thing and thats it now!

This Walmart is an ugly dirty store, whose employees are extremely rude. It is like it is a bother for them to help you, and they act like they think they are too special to be working there. Once, it took them 35 minutes to walk through a door in the back and bring out the box that I had ordered online. The door was 10 feet away, but instead the guy went back to the counter, and helped 5 or 6 customers before returning to the back to push the box out the door. In the meantime I could not find a supervisor anywhere. They also do not carry items that the other stores carry. Now I only go there if I absolutely have to. The Spanaway store is much nicer, but a bit out of the way. I think the store manager, or even the regional manager, should be fired for letting this store get this way. It reminds me of a dirty K-Mart store.

Shame on the corporate office of this franchise for allowing such bad reviews at this location. My experience here was terrible and very dissatisfied with the service I received. My cashier couldnt take a compliment, I thought she was breaking my glass items while bagging, and she came across as being very rude. I was so irritated by it I decided to take the time to stop at the customer service desk and got the same treatment there! I worked in retail and this is NOT acceptable. Management should be keeping a close eye on reviews and making sure all staff is being helpful and pleasant. My cashier should have properly greeted me by asking how my day was or if I found everything okay? She should checked to see if I carted all my bags and told me to have a great day or Happy New Years. ST#03537 OP#003245 TE#16 TR#07202

Bought a keyboard from here and it was the wrong one so I went to return an hour later with receipt and still in package, they said the serial numbers on the keyboard and box didnt match (obviously because one of the workers put it in the wrong box by mistake) so they couldnt refund. So now Im stuck with a keyboard I didnt want, and if somebody buys the one with my serial number thats in another box, they wont be able to return either because they screwed up; almost seems like they do this on purpose so you cant return. Also, she acted like I tried scamming them by swapping it with another at home and getting all the money back, which is LITERALLY what their employees did to me. Terrible Walmart, nobody is ever around and nobody ever asks you if you need help, theyre always hanging around talking outside.
