I love Nordstroms but I have to drive to the west side location at washington square everytime because the clothing selection is horrible. Ive lived on the eastside for 30 years and only 10 min from this location but cant shop there anymore. I went to buy a specialty white t-shirt at nordstrom this week, this product is one of their staples, and they had none in stock. drove to Washington square and the racks were filled. This goes for the whole mens and younger woman sections as well. I would love to spend my money here and save the gas but until the clackamas location can step up their game i wont be back. Also if your reading this clackamas nordstroms, i would love to redo this post once you guys can mirror you washigton square or downtown locations. Be a Senior VP of a publicly traded company i follow stats and important matrixs to boost opur companys sales and growth and There are plenty of people with money on the eastside you just need the invetory to be able to get more sales. Im suprised corporate has not figured this out yet. Clackamas/happyvalley has population growth around 20% making it one of the fastest growing areas in Oregon. That also doesnt include the smaller towns 5-10 miles from this location with similar growth to the clackamas/happyvalley area. Help us east siders out and enjoy this location and our favorite place to shop! Thanks!

Went into the store today, I have never been into a Nordstroms in my life. My girlfriend told me that you all had a cafe and we could eat there after she got her dress. I was very pleased by my first time here. The cashier at the counter( no name tags but she was a lady with brown hair and glasses) was super friendly to us and greeted us with a smile. She quickly but smoothly took our order and made us feel welcome. Our server (again no name tags, but was blonde and also had glasses) greeted us nicely also and was awesome from the moment we sat down to the time we lift the table. Then as we were leaving, the cashier took a moment from her current task to say good by to us and to have a great day. I am truly happy with my day, my girl got a banging dress and I will 100% come back to this store. Thank you.

I love having a Nordstrom close to home but Ive been spoiled growing up going to the Washington Square location. The customer service is lacking at the Clackamas location. Last time I was in the gal helping make my return wouldnt even acknowledge me. When the transaction was completed I was gathering my things and putting my wallet back in my handbag when she looks at me and says "um youre done". Um ok, cant a gal put her wallet away? Then today I stopped by to pick up an online order for my husband. That was such a hassel for the two girls chatting at the register. I just feel like a burden whenever we go into the Clackamas location. Ill continue shopping online and at the other locations. If you have any questions go to the folks at the make up containers. Theyve been the most helpful.

This review is for the employees at the MAC make up counter. I had made a ln appointment for bridal makeup in August. My appointment time was noon, unfortunately that appointment never happened because I was ignored for nearly 40 minutes whilst they continued helping people that arrived after me. I honestly would of had that big of an issue of them helping everyone that came after me if they werent getting a full face makeup without an appointment (I know, because I asked) or if i was told what was going and not ignored. I went to Sephora instead they were very busy and still able to get to me right away. Will NEVER go back to this MAC counter again.

This review is specifically to recognize Brenda Vahdat who works at the Estee Lauder counter, but who can also sell you Lancome or any other beauty line youre interested in. She knows that I am a Bonus junkie, so ever since I met her, she called to let me know when there is a Bonus event going on. I used to live/work nearby, and just stop in, but moved to Medford, OR in Fall 2016. I told her to still let me know about events, and Ill order from her. She kept her word and called me last week regarding the Estee Lauder Bonus and the Lancome Bonus. I received both shipments very quickly. She is an Allstar for a reason.

What has happened to the cosmetics dept at Nordstrom at Clackamas? The counter displays are taller than the employees creating a wall and cave effect. A place where the beauty associates can hide and complain about the customers and their returns and gossip about others associates. They should use their free time to research the products they sell and not make beauty returns or exchanges difficult or uncomfortable with their unfriendly demeanor. The other locations are true to Nordstrom values and service but Clackamas feels more like a Nordstrom garage.

Who knew that there is a cafe inside Nordstrom! And it was really good! I had a turkey sandwich and some really good ice tea! The bread that they used was amazing. The service was a little slow and the atmosphere was a bit weird. It seemed very southwestern in terms of the decor, and that didnt seem to fit inside Nordstrom. I was thinking it would be more like the cafe in Ugly Betty!

This is for the tailoring services. We purchased a Hugo Boss suit, and it looked great but needed some minor adjustment. We didnt notice how terrible the adjustments were until a few wears later - clearly the areas that were adjusted looked extremely strange, cheap, and not seamless. Really disappointing to see this suit marked by bad tailoring. Avoid this place.

I have alway gotten great service a Nordstrom. I have seen way to many RUDE CUSTOMERS. Im the customer that asked,"why are being so rude to the sale clerk"? We were presently surprised to meet Jordyn Graham. She is very knowledgeable in different departments in your store. We did like the one salesperson approach for the shopping experience in the whole store.

Been a customer for a long time, but when this store or any other, gets political and discriminates, I will not shop there again until this wrong and intolerant action against the wonderful Ivanka Trump line of products are restored to Nordstroms. Shame on you for your activism and disrespecting half or more of your customers!!

Dont go to the shoe department, youll stand there and wait for someone to help and no one will even come to greet you let alone help. This is the second day Ive tried to go there on my lunch and no one helps me. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

Rachelle, the personal shopper who helped me, was absolutely awesome! She found ways to give me all sorts of little bonuses at checkout and she was a fantastic personal shopper when I was trying things on.

Nordstrom has great customer service and great products. Check out the cafe in the store downstairs. It has great food. They bottle their salad dressings and they are delicious.

I do not agree that "Customer Service is Lacking at Clackamas" I have found the same great Nordstrom Service at all of the locations. Keep up the good work.
