This place is pretty cool. Its got the outstanding service youd expect without the arrogance. I shopped mostly in Topman, which is a most remarkable brand. Theyve got youthful, urban styles that work both casually and professionally. Theyre great to wear to work or for a night out. Or for pretty much anything. Im really glad this location has Topman, in particular because its much more affordable than most of the designer brands sells and because the clothes fit so well. Theyre great for young men. The service in the mens department was impeccable. The guys working there went to great lengths to help me find what I was looking for, offering to alter or order items I didnt have. They also scoured their stock for the right sizes. It turned out they didnt have my size in a certain pair of jeans; they were a bit long. He offered to have them hemmed - or, there was actually one pair left. It happened to be on the mannequin. This being Nordstrom, they offered me the pair and proceeded to pull it off the mannequin (!!!) Thats the most dedication Ive ever seen from a retail employee. They really wanted to make the sale and keep me satisfied and it showed. When I checked out the guy who helped me walked around the counter to hand me my bag (!!) The service here is unparalleled. Wow.

First let me say my family has shopped here for DECADES and many of my elders were cardholders. I had a bad experience with an employee not with the company as a whole. I asked to speak to management upon informing her of the terrible experience I was having with one of the sales rep she made sure to inform me that she would take care of the employee and handle the rest accordingly also that she would like to give me a free gift. I told her ok I understand and I am a returning Nordstrom client and I would not want this to tarnish our relationship. I am so proud to say her customer service was impeccable and she gave me a wonderful free gift that I wont disclose as well as reassurance that everything would be handled. I checked out with the purchase I chose from earlier and left Nordstrom feeling 100% confident with their business and chain of command. One bad seed doesnt spoil the entire crop. So glad Im a Nordstrom card holder and it can continue with the generations after me. Thank you Nordstrom for upholding your name and brand. -Shopping mommy of 2

Went there to look at Prom dresses while I was in the juniors department. I was on crutches with a broken foot. I wanted to try on 4 dresses, and I was holding them all while I was on crutches; crutching around. Someone who worked there stared at me while I was having a hard time, and then proceeded to ask someone ELSE if they needed help. Completely ignoring me! I went to the dressing room and some other girl asked me if i needed a fitting room, and brought me back without even asking if I needed help carrying the dresses. Not like Nordstrom. Theyre always fine when I dont need help (not in wheelchair or crutches) Im disappointed. This sort of thing happened twice while I was on crutches/wheelchair last month.

Nice selection of youthful clothes but easily the worst customer service of any of the Nordstroms that Ive been in: after searching for a couple of dress shirts and slacks my size.... young lady in mens department "sorry I cant give you a fitting room because this isnt my department.... let me get someone"....5 minutes later, a different young lady emerges opens a room and offers no help with sizing or finding additional product. Finally, after 2 trips back onto the floor, success, I found a $165 pair of slacks that I like. Me - can I get these hemmed while I wait..... Girl " Yes, but thats an extra $35.....". Another first for me!!!!! Go elsewhere and enjoy better prices and service.

Ive bought my pants that needed to be undercut. I was told it will be ready in 2 hrs(just come pick up any time after 2hrs) i came 6 hours later on my lunch time(i work 5 min away) waited 20 minites, a guy who left to get my pants never showed up in 20 min. After 15min i had to ask another coworker to find out whats going on, he left and never came back by the time i had to leave back to work. So i did leave telling 3rd person that i am at my lunch time. They didnt call or anything. I had to drive 20miles next day to pick up in the morning because of its not orgonized. I hope im the only 1 who had this kind of experiance. I didnt feel good about it because it messed up my next day plans.

The makeup counters have a great group. I went in to look for eye cream at thr Philosophy counter. Lauren greeted me and was so helpful taking the time to walk me through the different products. I am so happy with everything i purchased. The MAC counter may be busy but they make sure to acknowledge you and get someone to help you quickly.

I frequent this Nordstroms and Ive had great experiences until today..a cashier in the baby department was very rude and snarly while my mother and I were shopping..I feel it was very uneccessary and I hope the issue will be addressed ASAP as far as the attitude towards certain customers are adjusted..

Nordstrom is famous for their customer service and this location is no exception. You might ask, "Then why not 5 stars"? Well because this location in terms of merchandising is below the other Nordstroms in the area.

If you want to be followed then you came to the right place to shop they will follow you where ever go just to make you feel uncomfortable so you will want to spend your money somewhere else in the mall
