If I could give a zero I would. Theyre open until midnight and at least 5 times Ive ran in to get something last minute and there is always a line on the single register they have open (self check out is closed) then at 12:00 on the dot they make everyone that has waited forever in line go to the self check that they open. All the employees stand by the door waiting to leave and the second or theyre scurrying around making things very uncomfortable for the customers. OH and instead of helping people ring their stuff up at the self check out because they claim that the regular check stand automatically shuts down at 12:00 they rush you or they take up half the machines ringing up their own purchases. I understand wanting to get out in a timely manner but this causes the absolute worst customer service i have ever witnessed. And like I said- this goes on EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I wish I could get in contact with their district manager or better regional manager because either A. This is regular procedures B. Someone is ruining this locations reputation and the "higher ups" have no clue. EITHER WAY this needs to be fixed immediately. Period. No excuses to treat people that way.

This store has issues about taking my coupons.. I clearly read and make sure I follow all the rules for the coupons and store policy and I always get attitude or snide rude comments from the cashiers or managers like Sasha...I was really excited to find out that this store was opening, but now Im re-thinking shopping at Walmart anymore. The experiences I have had when using my coupons have left a nasty taste in my mouth.. .. I am a single house income and I have 2 kids with disabilities and I rely on using coupons to get my house what we need. I think that shopping at Fred Meyer will happen more with these last couple bad experiences with your store.. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was and have been treated

I shop here a lot, but because i like it. The self checkout machines are almost always broken, the shelves are understocked more than i have ever seen a walmart. The staff is overworked and understaffed. One time i was shopping and overheard the manager talking about overtime at a staff meeting and he sounded like an idiot as he repeated himself about 50 times and treated his employees as if they were stupid, many of the items dont show a price and one of the few scan for price machines are broken. I will likely continue to shop here because it is the closest grocery store to my house although i would not choose to go to this walmart if another grocery store was next door.

Wife just got back from here a moment ago. Was checking out and cashier (new) rang up a lb of broccoli and it came to 4.74. She cald him on it twice and he didnt check it. So wife went to price it in produce and it was 1.24 lb so went to customer service to dispute and lady was a complete jackass. Treated wife as a bother and it must of been her fault at "self check out" but SHE went to a cashier in the first place. She was refunded $3.02 but you would have thought it was too much to ask of CUSTOMER SERVICE. God forbid customer service be polite and give the CUSTOMER the benefit of the doubt. We will pay extra money and shop at safeway from now on.

This store is constantly filthy, has expired food on its shelves, Ive actually purchased expired meat, and moldy bread. This fantastic business model is backed by a less than willing to help staff, poor management, and over all sad and beat down feel once you cross the threshold of their doors. I think the night manager may kick puppies and eat babies while she isnt ignoring customers. Over all this what Ive come to expect from this store over the course of the last two and a half years of being a regularly disappointed customer. As a manager of a retail store, if I ran my business unit this way, I would be let go. Cheers

Great grocery store with significantly lower prices. Its WalMart, so theres a stigma of the types of people who shop here. As long as youre not expecting the Ritz, and would rather focus on cutting prices for your groceries, this is your spot. Try to avoid the first day/weekend of the month as State Food Cards get reloaded then and the clients can be a little rougher around the edges. I saved 20-30% on almost everything I bought here vs Fred Meyer.

Usual sterile store with low prices on prepared foods and dry goods and own brands. Produce average, meat and dairy below average. Lame deli, no bulk goods, no coffee bar or any real in store attractions like a bank, etc. Generally a quick stop for some items. Self check improving. Good parking, but insufficient cover from rain when carting to and loading car in front spots. Has limited craft beer six packs in cooler. Plenty of cheep beer.

This store is different from your typical Wal-Mart. It is a grocery store with out the toys and clothes. I would buy boxes items and laundry detergent from here. I dont trust the deli and perishable items from here. Also their brand Great Value (or something like that) you get what you pay for. I once bought their frozen sausage patties and even my dog wouldnt eat them because they were so disgusting.

If youre handicapped you can park really close to the front door and then have to be able to walk to the far side on the building to get to a mart cart. Ive asked repeatedly for them to move it closer to the front door. They refuse, so I drive across town to a different walmart to shop. Also, non handicap folk sometimes park in the handicap spots. This is a grocery store not a super store.

They dont even deserve any stars. You call and ask if they have something in stock and they tell you yes without even looking, when I went in 10mins after the phone call not a one in stock. You ask the employee at the front and she cant even get off her cell phone long enough to hear you. Very very poor customer service. Thanks for absolutely nothing Wal-Mart.

Its a Neighborhood Market, great concept but poorly executed. It could have been better if it wasnt so much Sam Walton. However, it gives people jobs for those who choose to work there, there is a little bit of everything, and its open till midnight. May change in the future. Overall, its orderly, kept clean, and the employees are nice.

The Pharmacy team is amazing! They have always made my autistic daughter feel comfortable and welcome. They are very informative, interact with her personally. Not only the Pharmacy team, but the entire associates at this neighborhood market, always greet you with a smile and are so helpful.

This walmart royally SUCKS!!!! I have found bread that is expired by 3 days and growing mold, prepared sandwiches with spoiled meat and moldy bread, purchased "USDA certified" meats that spoil the next day. This place is littered woth expired goods, low quality meats and produce.
