To be fair, this store has decent and helpful staff (except...). However, a bad experience recently caused me to vow to never go there again. I walked my dog 2+ miles to the store to get her nails trimmed; something I have done 3+ times before. The young guy on the grooming counter declined to provide service because he saw an anomaly on her vaccination record. The computer said that her rabies shot was good until 2018, but it also had a comment that it was only valid for 1 year. I said that if she is valid for 2018, then surely that is OK? He said that "the valid for 1 year comment suggests that she hasnt had it yet" (seriously, you cant make that stuff up...). I told him that no vet would enter an expiry date on a vaccination that the animal had yet to receive. He countered that maybe I should change vets (this is like an SNL sketch...right?) I responded that I would instead change pet store. I then had to walk 2+ miles home without my dog having her nails clipped. For gross stupidity and appalling customer service, I award this clown shop 1 star.

Staff is helpful, but I got a betta that one died, so i exchanged it that one also died. Mind you my water levels are great and what they need to be. Then I got 3 MM Platys and a large tank also a sucker fish one of those has died and the sucker fish has died. I think their fish are sick.

Very nice staff, I talked to a guy for half an hour on the care of lizard. They have a wide variety of toys, food, animal beds, kennels, and toys. They have animals including but not limited to parakeets, mice, rats, Ginny pigs, snakes, reptiles, turtles, cats.

This store almost never answers their phone. I have tried on multiple days and times and have always been unable to get my call answered. In store service is ok, but really need to do something about the phone service.

Nice dogs! Dogs are furry and help find anything you need. Only thing is that one farted. Ew! Would recommend to anyone with a six day old bro!

Staff is very helpful. Short lines. Good selection. They do struggle with staffing issues in the grooming area, but the store is well run.
