I usually get pretty good customer service here. I buy a lot of supplies here for my small business. I have also sent my customers here countless times and they have also had really positive experiences. As for the guy below who wrote a bad review because nobody answered the phone on a Sunday morning "get a life bro". Every time I call this place theyre pretty helpful and I have ordered a lot of things for deliveries which are very affordable as well. Almost everything they carry here is 20% less than it costs in downtown Seattle so its worth the drive. The people who work here go the extra mile to ensure the items I want to order are in stock before I drive all the way up there and theyre always really good about calling me back with quantities for orders and to let me know the status of delivery date sometimes which is extremely helpful. Theyre very few small businesses who offer the good customer service that these people do.

I live about 40 miles south of the Everett Cenex co-op on State St. Because of rising fuel costs I need to know if they have what I need before I drive 40 miles to make the purchase. Ive been calling their phone number for two days without hearing the voice of a real person or a message from an answering machine. Perhaps they are closed on weekends??? I still dont know! I mean an investment in an answering machine might save them many $ales. Also, I found no mention of their stores days and hours of operation on any web page. Therefore, from now on I will do business with another local feed store co-op who indeed did answer their phone and let me know they had exactly what I was looking for. So long Cenex. Ill try calling you again...one more time before I delete your business from my address book.

I found this store about 16 years ago when I was just driving around and have used them ever since. If they dont have something in stock, they will call the other store and find it for you and/or have it brought to the store for you to pickup later. The staff is friendly and Ive never called and not talked to someone during business hours. The other reviewer, Ed, may have been confused because the Everett store is not on State Ave, it is on Hewitt. The Marysville store is on State. Keep up the good work.

This place is great they have a wide variety of items from farm and feed supply to gardening tools. They also have a big selection of pet supplies like dog cat and bird food and they even have dog chew toys and some dog sized seahawk jerseys!!! We buy all of our bird and dog food here the bird food is about 4$ cheaper than the same bag costs at petco! Deals for days check this store out.

Love this store my whole family goes here to buy baby chicks, bunnies, dog food, cat food.. Etc. Just found out they carry meaty knuckle bones for dogs I have a 85lb pit that goes threw all his toys in a matter of minutes deer antlers in a day. These bones have survived the longest they are half the price than any pet store. So worth it!

I love this Co-Op. I have been visiting this co-op for years, they typically have what I need. I have been able to reach them on the phone, when I need. They are closed on Sunday, which is fine. They almost always have some young men who help load the cars with the heavy stuff.

This place is great. Its close to home and I buy my feed from here when I run short. People are friendly and know me as soon as I come in. They even load the feed into your car for you and are very knowledgeable.

Great prices, awesome, friendly customer service, every time I get my $6 40lb bag of "bunny litter" ez equine, from there, they carry it out to the car and load it up, never have to touch it!

Hidden gem right in town! Thought Id have to go to Monroe for this kind of stuff. They had medicine for my dogs eye at the counter. Couldnt buy it without a prescription anywhere else!
