The last few times Ive went into this store Ive been completely ignored. Both times the store has been completely empty except for me and 2 salespeople. This is completely unacceptable to me. I do not expect or require a lot of help, but an acknowledgement would have been nice. The prices are high, the selection is usually pretty good, but I would rather spend my money at a place where my dog and I feel welcome. Let me add, that I have had good experiences here and the staff can be very helpful, but that has not been the case in the past 6 monthes.

The staff was so helpful! I was having a hard time finding the right harnesses for my dogs and had tried several brands from the chain stores throughout the area. One of the staff saw that my dogs harnesses were ill-fitted and recommended a better product AND helped me to fit them properly in store, all while respecting my dogs and their general apathy toward meeting new people and disinterest in strangers attention. I recommend this shop and the product they introduced me to all over town.

This is such a great store. The staff is wonderful and helpful, the stock is huge, and the prices beat the big stores like Petco AND the other specialty pet supply stores. Dogs are always welcome and also treated well.
