My experience with this PetSmart in concordville has been a dream experience. Jesse the manager is truly one of the best managers in the business and a guy I would recommend to my friends and family ..From the second you walk in the door the greetings and smiles you get from the staff is just an overall warm welcome. His Fish staff members Brian and Rogan(Regan) sorry if I misspelled it are by far the best and nicest people you ever will meet. They walked me through everything to get my fish tank started and even helped me pick out the best fish to suite my Aquarians style. Ive been to other Petsmarts and even have one thats closer to me and still I always come back to this one because of the treatment and the atmosphere. To give an example a few of my fish died and I was at a loss of words, I called Jesse to tell him my heartbreaking story. Without even thinking he said not a problem Im there tomorrow come in bring some of the fish that passed away and we will pick out new fish and even refund you back for the ones that we dont have available. To me that meant a lot an overall is just great customer service. To anyone reading this Im a customer for life and would recommend the Petsmart Concordville staff to anybody that is looking for a great place to do business.. 8/2/15 Husband and I stopped into PetSmart today to pick up some hay for our rabbit. Clarence is very particular about his hay and we usually shop at Concord Feed, but they were closed and PetSmart was nearby and conveniently still open this Sunday afternoon. I didnt know until our visit today that they have a pet hospital attached. That seems really convenient - you can shop for items for your well-loved furry while they are being treated next door. We walked around the aisle with pets on display and I tried to talk Casey into letting me take home a dwarf hamster or perhaps the lonely-looking Dumbo rat, but he insisted two cats and a rabbit was plenty of fur for our condo. So to the hay we went, where we sadly found they were sold out of most types. They had timothy hay, which bunbun likes in his litter pan, so that he can poop on it while he eats or orchard or meadow hay. They were sold out of both of those. They had alfalfa in-stock, but thats for younger rabbits (it has a lot of sugar). I tried the only other option they had: a bag of sweet and soft botanical hay. It was $7 for the small bag, but Clarence seemed to approve when we brought it home to him. The hay was a little pricier than we usually spend, but they had some and thats what was important. :) Happy bun is lots of fun!

My dog went in for a teeth cleaning and they found plenty teeth problems. Turns out she needed several teeth extractions and two molar removals. Doctor Beam contacted about her findings, concerns and of course options. course, I wanted the best option for my dog so approved the #1 choice. Lets get it done today so that when she recovers in a few days, her teeth and gums will be as good as new. I picked her up at 4:30pm after receiving the call stating she was ready for pickup. Its 9:15pm. I am looking at her teeth and thinking, it is pretty remarkable that they did that in one single appointment. 2 more days til she feels good again. Cant wait. Thank you Banfield for bringing Coco home safely.

I took my dog to have her nails trimmed here, and it was a TERRIBLE MISTAKE! The groomer cut all of her nails too short and they all were bleeding all over the floor! Thats like having your fingers cut off! The groomer did not know what she was doing and was careless. My dog has been traumatized and wont let anyone touch her feet since this experience. I will never go to this store ever again.

The staff is so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. They are very helpful too! The animals there seem very happy and healthy. The place is clean, lots of selection and options, very low-price products, they treat their animals so great there! Absolute NO animal abuse! It was a pleasure going there and everybody should go to this Petsmart! Its great! I truly love it!

The store is fully stocked with everything you may need for your pet needs. The location is convenient and their staff is overall friendly and helpful. The checkout lines can get long sometimes, but overall this store will have you covered for nearly everything you could ever need.

Attentive service. Really good fish & aquarium section. Lots of variety, good prices, and the fish seem healthy and well cared for. Free water testing, too. Just bring in a sample of your tank water, and theyll let you know if your aquarium is within optimal levels or not.

July 3 2016 I took my best friend English bull dog "Chunky" to have his toenails trimmed, 30 minutes later he was dead. They did something while he was their...he was breathing fine but after he go sick and after taking him home he died...them sorry mother-..ukers..
