Consistently the worst possible experience every time I went there. They would regularly lie about wait times - for instance, Id wait an hour after I watched my doctor send orders for a prescription, then go to pick it up, and Id be told they never got it, come back in 30 minutes. Id come back then and Id be told the prescription wasnt approved by my insurance, come back in an hour. Then an hour later, Id be told that a pharmacist has to talk to me and theyre on lunch for another hour. This wasnt once or twice; it was every single time. Never an apology, any noticeable effort on their part to even try to figure it out. Ive worked in customer service and retail jobs for my entire work history, so I am usually pretty chill about waits or mixups, but this place is just unbelievably bad. Go to ANY other pharmacy and you will have a better experience.

The Pharmacy store hours shown on this web site does not include Sat. and Sunday lunch break. came in on Sunday, the shades were down and I assumed they were closed for the day. I live in Port Ludlow, a considerable long drive !

At 930am was told my prescription would be done within a half hour. Took over an hour for my prescription and is missing 4 pills. Never again.
