Usually dont have a problem with rite aid in general but a couple times when Ive gone here staff have been condescending and insist I must not be taking medication as directed. The first time they said this was, I assume, because I had never refilled with this location before but thats not my fault... The second time I refilled over the automated phone system, was told by automated system it would be ready, and arrived only to be told that my insurance wouldnt pay for it more than 5 days before I ran out. In this case, this was more an insurance issue but the pharmacists I talked with kept questioning me as if I was over medicating or something, which of course made me feel terrible and left a bad impression for me. Later I talked to a different pharmacist and she was very helpful and didnt make any of negative assumptions so it seems to vary.

The hours are wrong for pharmacy Better check before you go there. I also noticed they are out of stock on my prescriptions a lot and it takes longer to get waited on then it did a year ago. Must be cutting costs. I might have to find a new pharmacy.

Customers Service is very important to the employees at this location. This counter acts the higher price of some things. Americans will always pay more for convenience.
