Information or advice is variable and contradictory depending on who you speak with. Customer service is non-existent and the employees become very impatient and flippant if they are asked too many questions. They claim to provide compounded pharmaceuticals specific to the patients needs, yet they dont follow instructions resulting in poorly formulated prescriptions. Their response to these basic procedural failures is to claim its a "learning experience" and their attitude is apathetic. Their "learning experiences" are very expensive and dangerous. I now go to another compounding pharmacy and although its a longer drive, its worth it. The employees at my new compounding pharmacy actually listen, follow instructions, offer incredibly advice and their customer service is outstanding. Dont waste your time at Randys.

I find it irritating that when I have a prescription with authorized refills they have to call the vet to get authorization to compound a prescription, and this delays the process. Secondly, when my vet calls in a prescription on my behalf (because I can not do it myself) they call and leave me a message telling me I have to call them and when I do I am told I have to authorize the prescription that my vet submitted and if I really want it????? What do they expect me to say "no, I had my vet call you just to waste your time?" Of course, I want my prescription so please fill it and please do not cause me any further delays by calling me to ask me if I really want it, my cat needs it!!!!

Condescending. Why bother offering email refills if you wont respond inline? Numerous voice mails left on my phone, return calls routed to VM jail, then the Pharmacist faulting me (rather than emailing back), and making his own decision of the refill. Guess when youre the only source in town you can set your own rules.

I had a great experience with a pharmacist named Greg. He provided a consultation with my wife and I which took over an hour. And he didnt charge us! He gave us a wealth of information on many questions. Customer service is great as well. Everyone is very friendly. I gotta rate this 5 stars!

Rude, unhelpful pharmacists. Hung up on me while trying to get information about a medication. I gave one star because the front desk people are nice, but that doesnt count for much if the people actually making your medication are not helpful (or polite).
