Safeway Pharmacy in Lebanon is the most thoughtless group of people Ive ever seen. They took more than 4 hours to fill a prescription for pain medication after my husband had a surgery. I also had to call them 3 times to get them to fill it , AND I even called the dentist to make sure they sent the prescription! This is not the first time they couldnt perform their job in an efficient timely matter. They happen to do this every time I use them. I have to sit and watch my husband in pain and his chances of infection get more and more likely because they lack compassion and costumer service skills. I will never use them again. They are lucky the manager wasnt in his office today but he will in fact be getting a formal written complaint. I will NEVER put the responsibility of taking care of my family in your hands again due to your neglectful attitude and lack of drive. Shame on YOU!!!

Carry some items that cant find elsewhere in town, but the store-brand stuff sometimes isnt very good. Love the bakery items, especially the fresh bagels! Easiest store in town to find a worker to help you!
