As other posters have said this pharmacy and stuff are rude and extremely inefficient. They never pick up the phone, I had to go in three times to finally get one prescription. Once to go see why they never answer the phone and to ask them to fax my doctors office for a refill. The second time to get a status on whether it was approved or not, turns out it was! But guess what?! They never called me or bothered to fill it so I now have to return a third time because they were too incompetent to refill one prescription the same day, which they had in stock!! I will be submitting this review to corporate and moving my business. Worst pharmacy ever.

The people working at the pharmacy treat you like your very existence is a problem for them. Every question is met with rolled eyes and prescriptions are no where to be found. The experience of going into pick up medications feels like being called into the principles office. My experience of this place is that they both do not care at all about the experience of the people who come here and almost completely incompetent, treating sick people who need their help to an unpleasant and totally pointless experience. Do not go to this pharmacy

Really bad customer service. Told me I could not get the brand of medication I needed because Medicare Part D doesnt reimburse them enough. Gave me cheap, and defective dermal patches. This is no excuse, I dont believe that other Safeways have the same police because I have received the brand I asked for at other locations. I think it is the pharmacist.

Everytime I go in to get a prescription somehow something goes wrong........its close to where I live but Im looking for another place I have been told several times that a prescription wasnt there then to find out it was the whole time after going back 4 times... This place needs some management!!!!!!
