Called ahead to make sure they could fill the prescription. Got there gave them the prescription, waited 10 minutes, then they told me they couldnt do it. When I told them I was disappointed, they got defensive and told me it was my fault because I didnt specify it was a liquid, not a pill. Its too bad they made that assumption and wasted my time, but what I disliked the most was that they blamed on it on me, and didnt just apologize for the mistake.

Love this pharmacy. Being a pharmacy tech myself, they are very professional and courteous. The Rph Greg is very sincere and knowledgeable. I was going to the Walgreens that was newly built kitty corner from Bi Mart. They dont compare whatsoever to my Bi Mart pharmacy! Keep up the great work
