Convenient photo printing but rude service. I go up to the counter and inform the associate I have an online photo order to pick up. The woman behind the counter stares blankly at me for maybe 5 seconds so I repeat myself. Maybe she didnt understand me. She then finally asks for my name in an unnecessarily rude tone as if I should have provided it right away. How was I supposed to know what information they would need? Phone number, ID, order number? Prompting is not that hard vs being plainly rude...

Walgreens pharmacy has poor service. I dropped off the prescription a week ago and I was told that I will be contacted by phone. No one called. Drove in and got the same answer that someone will calll when the prescription is ready. Called again to inquire and was told again that I will be called after lunch. Nothing. Finally drove in again to find out that I now have to wait another 30 minutes for the technician to fill the prescription. This is not the fist time this happens. Im totally fed up.

I brought in a copy of a prescription that was at another pharmacy and requested that it be transferred to Walgreens since thats where my plan recommends. After filling out some paperwork, I was told Walgreens would call the pharmacy and get the prescription transferred over and call me back. They never did nor did they have any notes that Ive ever even made the request.

Dude at the counter in front of me walks out to talk to some other woman at different counter, then stays there. Yells at me: that counter is closed, why would you go there? Because you were at it, dang... Went to a woman at cosmetics stand, she apologized for that guy and sold me my stuff.

Slowest service ever. The drive thru is the worst. Waited an hour. The inside isnt any better. Doctor phoned in the prescription and they didnt even start filling and said they scheduled for noon (an hour). I asked for it to be filled while I wait. I waited for an hour! Ridiculous.
