I just got off the phone with a lady in the yarn area. She was nice at first then as she was about to hang up she started to get rude. And she acted like she didnt know the yarn. Wont be calling back anytime soon. Update: When I went into the store. Well I had no ideal where to go so I asked an employee. He gave me directions with his hand yet he never showed me. He just keep working. So I got lost and I asked another employee and they did the same thing. Finally I asked this nice lady and she actually told me and I found the section I was looking for. Then when I got the stuff I wanted, I went to go ask a lady about some yarn and she was very cold. Like she didnt want anyone to talk to her while she was working. She answered my question short and quick and I had no room to even ask for questions or even talk. They dont have the best customer service in person.

Mortified! I have not EVER been more humiliated than I was at this store! I spend A LOT of money on art supplies and have been to many Hobby Lobbys and never had an issue. Almost immediately upon my friend and I walking in the store, I was followed by various team members throughout the store. After about 10 minutes of this the manager (presumably) had a "reason" to be in every department I was in after that. I hate to break it to you Hobby Lobby..... there are black people that pay big bucks for art supplies.... ask Michaels..... I just spent 1000.00 there.... NEVER AGAIN!!!

LT Derp, You are the victim of a misinformation campaign: Hobby Lobbys insurance package is very generous, providing 17 different birth controls, which do not include abortifcants or surgical abortion. The case you mentioned hinged on Obamas administration trying to force the company to pay for child killing, not contraception. The USA still has a first amendment which is the safeguard of each individuals freedom of conscience. If an employee wants to kill their child via an abortion theyll have to pay for it themselves and answer for their own actions before a holy God.

Hobby Lobby has a lot of wonderful things. Its too bad that, as I noticed on other reviews, the (some) employees can be "snotty". This is unfortunate for such a lovely store. I will be back, but will anticipate that when you correct an employee on the price of a sale item, you can expect that to be too much for them and they will resort to just saying that you are rude. Or if, you need to find something, you can expect to made to feel like you are a bother to the employee. It is however, a beautiful store full of wonderful things.

I never review places, but my experience here was so aweful I had to. WORST customer service Ive ever received. Every single employee (about 5 total) were VERY rude. They didnt want to show me where specific merchandise was, they didnt want to answer questions. Seems like they all hated their jobs. I had $250 worth of merchandise in my cart, and because of the rude encounters from every employee there and the lack of wanting to help or answer questions, I put every single item back.

I like looking around this store and go here about four times a year. I have noticed consistently that the employees here seem to avoid me, no smiles, no eye contact and certainly no offer of help. The cashiers are like robots. Oh and every time I have been here the check- out lines are long. I will still shop here but it is just weird to hear the hymns playing over the sound systems and the employees obviously miserable.

Wow a lot of people without much to say beyond your average juvenile penalistic connotations, every store has its stratagy, know it and get what you need, there is nothing like this store when it comes to the amount of variety of hobby like chinese products. Very helpful staff at the locations Ive been too. If someone doesnt like their job they should find somewhere else to work, no one is forced to work there.

I love the variety of things they have. Its fun and prices (depending on what you are looking for )are reasonable. BUT..customer service is SO dry and almost no one is interested in helping you. I found 2 out of them all that actually are willing to help you and I always look for them. HINT: 35+ ladies :). Very sweet and kind.

This store is pretty cool. Lots of crafts for kids and even some of the good old fashioned stuff from simple times....High car prowl area...lock it up! Security guard patrols the lot as well. 7-9-16 removed 3 stars due to condition of womens restroom. My child could not find a toilet that didnt have urine, feces or blood.

Amazing variety when it comes to products. Definitely worth strolling aisle to aisle if you have time. I wasnt expecting to find anything I would like, since Im not really into decor, but I was surprised at how this trip turned out to be much more interesting and useful than anticipated.

I do not support this store at all since they tried to and successfully got the court to allow them to remove birthcontrol from their healthcare plan for their employees. I have not been to the store personally but my friends have and they said that the employees are extremely rude

Hobby Lobby in general is a really cool store for various crafts, frames, cheaply "made in China" decor & furniture, etc... this store had several empty aisles... They were actually setting up Christmas decorations in the middle of June...

Good selection and friendly employees. Typical Hobby Lobby. They had a hard time with a return I had purchased on the web site and had to give me a store credit even though I had my receipt. Good thing to know if you plan on shopping online.

If you are a socially concous person, dont shop here. They place profits and bronze aged mythology before the safety of their employees. Not to mention the store smells really really bad.
