I have shopped at this store off and on for nearly 10 years, purely because it near my house. I can confirm that the review from 2005 is still true today. Service has not changed. The staff is still very grumpy and the lines are ridiculous. Its like black friday anytime you go in, and dont even try shopping there over the holidays. I gave this store one star because google made me. If i could have left it with 0 stars, i would have.

I just love going to Joanns, I always find what I am looking for or they will call another store to see if it is available there. The classes are remarkable with well informed instructors, I have taken many and my favorites are the cake decorating, knitting, crocheting, and Cricut. Prices are great too!

The building is tucked away from the main road, but finding it is made worth it by the items found inside. Take a few mins before coming in and search the internet for coupons to bring in. The time spent is worth it in the discount received, multiple different ones accepted in the same transaction

This is the worst JoAnns I have ever been in. It is fairly close to where I live but I will drive to the Oregon City or the Eastport store. I have to agree with the other review. The lines are always long and most of the employees are very rude. Needs better management.

One of my favorite parts is that the employees are crafters themselves, so you can usually get ideas & help from them. Another is that I meet the greatest people there! The Clackamas location is bigger, but we still have lots of fun at this one.
