I was just at this store, showed my Military card and the paper coupon, bought a lot of stuff since I was going to make lots of crafts for my children, got home and did not get any discount I called to speak to the manager, and got to be the worst manager of a Michaels Ive ever spoken too, not only was it very inconvenient for me to have to drive all the way back but also would have to return everything then charged again so my card would be charged twice, and they literally have me almost all $1.00s!!! In cash! When they should have returned it to my card!!! I didnt pay cash ! The way they did this not even a oh Im sorry once but so rude! Worst store ever, I will never EVER come back to this store EVER!

The store was clean and the service was pretty good my only complaint is against the management running this store. The assistant manager Jayme was incredibly rude and disingenuous and the way she treated her employees are horrible! Who ever gave her that position is an idiot. She really affects the employees in a bad way; the employees are really only good and helpful when she is not around. This store could do and be so much better, but how can the employees do good at their job when management oppresses them. I would rather go to Napa where everyone, including management, is kind and helpful.

I go here often for yarn and paint supplies. The people that work there are friendly enough but check out is SO SLOW. There could be 3 people on line and you will literally wait 15 minutes. I walked in for yarn on Monday and ended up walking right out. There were 20 people in line and I didnt have an hour to spare. I realize its now the holiday season, but as I said, the service there is always at a snails pace. Even though there are other employees at the store who could be working the checkout.

Purchased lettering on Saturday that I needed to exchange for a slightly different product. Because I used a check, I need to return in 9 days to exchange the item. I can appreciatebthos process if I want a refund. But this was an exchange. Very frustrating and exceptionally poor customer service.

Dont get me wrong I love this company, however some of the staff here are so rude. Simply trying to call and ask if an item is carried in store will get you not only an attitude but being hung up on as well. Employees here need to reevaluate themselves and whether or not its the right job for them.

Below the bar. Really messy, employees seem to be largely absent and not doing anything when you do find them. One employee seems to stand out, He is one of (if not the only) working there, older gentleman, that seems to always be running around, helping customers and working on projects.
