You really need to make an appointment online to get help at the genius bar, which is the customer support desk at this store. Often you can make an appointment and go in on the same day. Otherwise, the store website also suggests that early and late are the best times to come (I think early, like when the store opens, is the best time to get help without an appointment). The store is well-staffed with knowledgeable employees who love the company. Ive gone in twice this month and both times my issues were resolved quickly and easily. My one peeve is about the software they sell that only installs on one computer, but for a little more, you can buy the same software disc and install it on five computers (but they often wont tell you this difference, and sell you the one-shot software disc). They should ask how many computers you want to put the software on when they sell you software. You can also make personal shopping appointments, and appointments for one-on-one help, and go to workshops there. The workshops dont happen too often, but theyre great. Love the friendly staff here the very best of all, but it is a crowded, often-confusing experience to visit the lynnwood apple store.

This is the best mall in the North end. Akin to a new Bellevue Square. Heresy to speak it, I know. But really, they host a vast variety of your favorite retail stores to numerous to list. On this particular day though I went there for just one store - Lush. I love Lush!!! The location at Alderwood Mall does not disappoint! The displays are beautiful and youre encourage to touch and try everything. Some of the scrubs and products look and smell so good you could eat em and in many cases thats true! They are all natural, vegan, and preservative and cruelty free, with names like Angels on Bare Skin and Let the Good Times Roll. As impressive as the product lines are named they are formulated even better! Using high grade food products like maize, apricot, charcoal, polenta, almond, lavender, eucalyptus, all manner of essential oils, and the list goes on and on. Just like I could! Associates greet you and treat you like theyre glad you came. They have a customer/associate ratio of 1/1. If you need service you get it, fast and with a smile. Nobody paid me to say this. Its my unsolicited opinion. I love Lush. Its an affliction ♡

This is a great mall if you like expensive items. The Macys here is great and very large. Overall I found most of the people who shop or work here to be quite rude. The selection is not that great if you are an average Joe like myself who enjoys a bit of a bargain. Most of the good shops are outdoor buildings surrounding the main mall so you would need a car here if you didnt want to be going back and forth too often. It does have a large cinema called amc Loews which looked great and I will visit soon to check it out. There is a food court with all types of food but it could do with a McDonalds or some sort of general fast food place. . There are a lot of entrances to the main building which i found confusing and annoying and I was traveling with a smoker who didnt see anywhere with a designated smoking area which would have been nice. So we ended up having to walk a bit out to the carpark in the heat which isnt fun for me or them.

The Alderwood Mall use to be top rate when it The Disney Store, Sanrio and Music stores like FYE. Theyre gone now but they added an outside mall that make it still cool to come but not top rate to me anymore. The mall lost more cool places from its past but I said enough about that. I love Alderwood Mall because I love malls. They added stores such as Wishes, a toy store. American Girl selling collectable dolls they make only available there which is girls fantasies and a doll collectors dreams like mine. Expensive but worth it. It has a nice food area called The Terraces. You have American food or foreign food choices. They have Urban Outfitters, Spencers Mesker Map, JC Pennys Victorias Secret, Dairy Queen with Orange Julius, Nordstroms, Macys, Forever 21, Abercrombie, Pink, Build a Bear, The Apple Store, Coldstone and much more. Come and enjoy Lynnwood Washington Alderwood Mall. Its a blast.

Alderwood is the nearest mall to me so I go here pretty often. Im not a big mall person since Im trying to avoid fast fashion, but this mall does have a few shops I like to visit, namely Sephora, Lush, REI, and Davids Tea. Sometimes I also treat myself to a PinkaBella cupcake while Im there. In fact, Davids is right next door to the cupcake place, so when I really want to treat myself, I get a nice cup of hot tea and a cupcake and I sit outside and enjoy them together -- if the weather is nice. Theres also a pretty decent selection of places to eat lunch or dinner. The food court is big and varied and there are several sit-down restaurants and fast-casual places. This mall really needs more parking, though. Its especially hard to park on the side where the REI and other outdoor shops are. Weekends are really bad, and heaven help you if you want to go to the mall during the holiday season.

I went to go get the date bra and panty sale. my mom was sitting outside the store and I went in to make my purchase, as awkward as I am I looked around for what I was looking for and waddled up to the cashier. when I got up there I walked past a teenager and her mom, going around them I heard them talking about me and how i was "to young" to shop there alone. when I got the cashier she told me i could get a panty w my bra to lower the cost, and as I walked away to get one I heard her say "If your moms ok with it". now I was just done and wanted to get out of there, I practically jogged out the store with embarrassment. screw pink and their workers. (sorry) I am freaking scared for life .why do people have to judge, I chose quality whats wrong w that? I dont want to shop at Fred Meyers for my underwear ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . I was actually hurt. sincerely, Briana

We took our kiddo to the mall to trick or treat because were new to the area and we didnt want to take her to unknown neighborhood. We arrived just after 5pm and everyone was out of candy already! Why would they advertise an event and not provide enough candy? She got 2 pieces and then we headed up to Everett mall which wasnt much better because they were nearly out by 5:30/6 as well. Its a good idea in theory but most people like to go in the evening and these guys ran out before that. They should do set times. Not start in the morning when they open and go till they run out. It was dumb and our 6 year old was very unimpressed and all it would have taken was a couple snickers and she woulda been over the moon. They should plan this event way better. Well skip it next year for sure.

The mall has pretty much everything and the more recent additions have really kicked up the flavor and feel of the property in to a modern, enjoyable experience. Id go with five stars, but the parking remains a challenge, and security is very lax. For example, during a fight last week wherein someone was stabbed, customers can be seen taking on the role of saving and protecting lives, while security was very visibly standing around observing and reporting, not engaged in any actual protection function. The food court and restaurants around the periphery are a great stop, with a variety of cuisines, though the price points are higher than areas outside of the mall.
