For Clearlake, this mall is very much needed for the big name stores it has. There are not really any other shopping centers around. We should be grateful for all the big name stores included here such as Safeway, Dollar Tree , Grocery Outlet, Cigarettes Cheaper, Rent a Center and 2 banks including Wells Fargo with a few small stores ( pet store, beauty salon...) in between. The other shopping centers like this are in Lakeport and that is quite a drive.

For a small town there is much they have here. Kept clean. Clearlake is like stepping back in time 200 years with the modern amenities. Safeway, Pizza, Dollar store, Rent to Own, DMV, Credit Union to name a few. Movie theater next door. Hardware across the street and large drug store near there as well. Post office just down the road a bit. All close by all kinds of novelty shops along the lake.

So many transients and druggies....it just runs the whole town down. I actually saw a girl on girl fight my first visit and girl beating in guy the second. I dont feel safe or clean there and though I am a Safeway club member and enjoy grocery outlet I will Never make that my usual stop. Clean it up folks, your lackadaisical attitude makes customers stay away. Gross

It has a variety of resources available to the public, from banking to dining (several choices), grocery, pet needs, pharmacy, hair care, and rent to own and even recycling. Id say that sums it up, Burns Valley Mall is full of Valuable resources for the community.

Its in Clearlake so there isnt any real compatation , always long lines, and they very seldom call for extra checkers , most of the, employes are real nice its management , ever sense the new company bought safeway its been down hill .

Magnet for all of the low life,drifters and drug addicts of Clearlake. Some live behind or in the center area itself. No security. Lots of traffic. Dirty. Shopping carts everywhere on the property,especially from Safeway.

Went several places but my most important was the DMV where I had to get paperwork for a lost photo CAID. Next I had to got to my bank Wells Fargo to have some important papers notarized. Both places took good care of me.

Main shopping mall in Clearlake...if it wasnt for this there would hardly be anywhere to shop. Unfortunately it is overrun with homeless. They have approached me for money almost every time.

I like the Burns Valley Mall because its the mall and you have a few different kinds of merchants to choose from. High priced and medium prices and even low/cheaper prices.
