We stopped here unexpectedly and had a wonderful stroll through the middle of The Village at Corte Madera. I think we were hoping to find a place where we could get a quick bite to eat and then get back to our Sonoma road trip but there were not a lot of restaurants for that so we end up going to McDonalds. The frog fountain was a whimsical surprise and there was plenty of seating throughout to just relax and enjoy the beautiful California summer weather. We did not do any shopping since that was not part of our agenda that day but I did notice the selection of shops was mid to high-end shops. If I had time I could have done some damage with a shopping spree.

A great place to visit with young children. Clean, safe, and has great changing facilities. Nice place just to walk. Theres a great playground for younger kids. Some shop employees are a little pushy, with notable exceptions being Nordstrom, Madewell, Gap, and the toy store which are always very professional. Went into Williams Sonoma to spend quite a bit one day, and fled because the employee was so rude/strange. Same with the lingerie store. Boca is an excellent choice for food and has a great bar.

Clean, well designed, very good selection of mid to upper range stores. Nice plantings. Outdoor design, with no depressing cavernous empty interior spaces like Santa Rosa malls. Places to sit in the sun. Places to eat. Places for little kids to run around. Stores for teens to hang out. Lots of free parking. Something for everyone. Its what shopping should be like in the 21st century.

Well laid out for comfortable walking. It is high-end shopping but except for Nordstrom which specializes in snobbery, we were well received and respectfully treated where ever we went. Being only regular folk, it was much appreciated. Also, we were impressed with the excellent seating throughout the area and the childrens playground.

High end shopping area. Outdoor mall that is clean and nice.n Nordstrom, Macys, Apple, Microsoft, banana republic, REI, Tesla and others. One half is on one side of the 101 and the other half is on the other side. Expensive buy has some sections without huge crowded malls.

Higher end shopping to be had at the Village. It is clean and very well kept. Good outdoor shopping mall with a little playground for the kids and a few decent food options for the whole family. Stop by here to pick up a Tesla and shiny new Rolex. Treat yo self!

It is just a giant suburban strip mall. They have chargers for EVs that are usually unoccupied, which is nice if youre in the North bay and need a charge, but not really anything that great to do but look at chain clothing stores or franchised restaurants.

Nice center with plenty of parking and nice shops. Havent really had any unpleasant experiences other than price tag shock. Be warned, nothing there is cheap. To give you an idea, directly across from the Apple Store is a Tesla Store, selling cars.

Lovely. This is a high end shopping center with a homey feel. They have a wide variety of seating areas outside and the customer service at the stores we visited was impeccable. Lots of parking and several places to grab a quick bite to eat.

This place looks really nice from the outside but inside the shopping center is pretty dead. The only shop i would say to avoid is the Rite aid store. Its really clean but the people who run he registers are as slow as molasses. S

A nice upscale open-air mall. Lots of nice stores, not the place you go for deals, but for higher ticket items. Ill take a small kid around here for a safe place. Underrated place for west contra costa/Marin people to consider.

I dunno, its not my kind of place. I get my watch repaired here, and I check out the Tesla showroom. Get a hot dog, get a coffee and split. Overpriced clothing? Check. Overpriced bulk yes? Check. Beautiful people? Check.

This is the larger of the two shopping centers with the big department stores. Very limited food options - for that, head over to the other side. This probably have the more mainstream shops and less boutique shops.

This place has a really weird layout. Many of the stores are difficult to access through the main entrances, and the parking lot is difficult to navigate. There are some really good food options here though!

This is more of a high end shopping center which I was suprised to find out has a Tesla store in it. There are a variety of stores to wander through or food to grab and eat such as the Cheesecake Factory.

Cool outdoor mall. Its got most of your adult shopping needs covered. Theres a Nordstrom, a Macys, a Tesla dealership, and a Microsoft store, among many others. Ive never had an issue with parking.
