Grand Frosty

Interested in the area because my best friend lives nearby. The area needs help. The use of public restrooms is strictly regulated which could lead to health and environmental problems. The place looks run down and the businesses there lack essential hospitality. Quite uncivil mentality. Even the laundry mat here has exorbitant pricing, with the purpose, I believe of oppressing the financial underclass. Making living conditions unbearable for those in financial hardship is a cancerous tumor on the face of society and the hate and discrimination should be summarily ended.

I went there tonight and over half the machines are out of order.. There is trash every where. When I went to use the bathroom they were locked.. I thought maybe someone was in there so I waited, but no one ever came out... It is very bad.

Theres not much really there I have a friend who works there. In the perry ave mall. Ive met some of the other shop owners. There real friendly. Perry market doesnt have MUCH but it does have lotto and scratch

Not much here. A bar, a gym and red apple market are of note. I wish red apple the best but Im not quite sure how they sustain business.

Nice selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. Its quite dirty with several vacant buildings making it look very run down.

The whole center looks deserted, its run down and other than the bars I dont know what else is there.

Its a broken down shoppjng strip mall with half or more of the buildings being vacant for years...

There are a couple decent restaurants, seems a little lonely though. Not much traffic.
