This place is usually packed for a reason. To start there is a Philz Coffee that seems to have a line out the door whenever I stop for coffee in the AM, waiting for really good coffee. Walgreens is best in the area. The asian market is big and has a great selection of products, not just Asian, and good prices. The meat and seafood are fresh and they will prep and fry your fish on site. There is take out Chinese at front of the store that is decent and so convenient. There is a very reliable dry cleaner. There are 2 banks, BOW and Chase. Goldilocks, a filipino bakery, has a location here. There are lots of restaurants to choose from like Five Guys burgers, Pho, japanese, the ubiquitous boba spot and much more. The options for dining are great. There are other businesses as well. The place is packed. I only gave 4 stars because of 2 issues. The drivers in this shopping complex seem to drive particularly disregardful of traffic laws and pedestrian safety, as well as the safety of other cars. Getting in and out is a challenge. There are stip signs but no one seems to understand what they mean or how they operate. The entrance/exit off Westborough is very badly designed. The entrance and exit from Gellert at least has a light but the backup to get in and out causes cascading issuea in the parking lot and for pedestrians. The other concern is the parking. It is plentiful, yes, but packed and I mean that like sardines. The spots are narrower than normal to squeeze in more spaces for cars. And people get creative to squeeze in. Almost no handicap parking. And the lanes and turning corners are also narrow and badly designed, which leads to bad driving all over. But it is worth it! Just be brave, vigilant and patient. And leave the big SUV at home.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This used to be a great shopping center with some really good stores and restaurants, plenty of parking, and good traffic flow. When management decided to revamp the center, they added additional stores, removed about 25% of the parking, and changed the traffic flow. The parking lot is now a solid traffic jam during business hours and I have to drive around for 10-15 minutes to find a place. Luckily, all of the stores that I really need to go to (UPS, Pacific Super, Walgreens), have other branches nearby so I dont have to go near this center any more.

I knew getting cleaned up was going to be a challenge which is why I was worried that I was going to fail. The people at Executive Drug Rehab Center didnt let that happen. They constantly reminded me that I could get clean and they always kept me positive. Thanks so much Executive Rehab, I have a fresh start at life because of you guys.

Pros: Has great restaurants and shops and is a pleasure to walk around and socialize in. Feels very safe as well. Cons: Getting around in the parking lot is difficult. Parking stalls are on the narrow side, its almost always busy, and there are often impatient, self-centered, and/or clueless drivers buzzing haphazardly around the lot.

What a change this has going through in the last 5 years. It used to be a very typical American strip mall. Now its a very modern one. They have a good mix of places in here; from the big chains like Five Guys to a family owned Vietnamese restaurant. Plus theres a Philz Coffee, so you cant go wrong from visiting this center.

This place us newly remodeled. They have a lot of great restaurants from Five guys, Paris Baguette, Goldilocks and an Asian supermarket, Walgreens, Philz coffee and the list goes on. Parking can be tight, but we always manage to find one. Definitely a place worth checking out.

Walgreens & Pacific Supermarket are my favorites here. My wife enjoys Philz Coffee. My son likes Quickly Bobba & Five Guys. Parking is a challenge, particularly in the late afternoon when everyone is picking up dinner or ingredients to fix dinner.

Nicest local shopping spot close to South San Francisco, San Bruno and Daly City. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and an Asian food mart thats clean and bright. Also it has a Walgreen and gas station nearby. One stop shop for daily life.

I love this place! The remodeling changed the whole atmosphere of the plaza and brought a bunch of nifty establishments to the neighborhood. From Philz Coffee, Paris Baguette, Bonchon to Pacific Super, I cant be any happier!

Many good shops, but the parking lot is awful. Its big, but there are people/cars all over the place which slows everything down. Not the best place to run in for a super quick stop, itll take some effort.

There are variety of restaurants, grocery shop, bakery and coffee shop, etc. Depends on where one parks it could be hard to gain access to certain places in the plaza.

This place has gotten too congested with people that are too in a hurry. Became a hangout for many instead of a quick to go to center.

Parking is hard to get on the weekends especially during the day but if you want to grab groceries, try to avoid lunch and dinner.

I love the fact there there are new shops and eateries after the remodel. However, with popularity comes parking problems.

Main draw here is the Target, everything else is supplementary. Layout of the center isnt that efficient
