Terrible customer service! Mid sentence while i was speaking he cut me off and said he was busy and just hung up. Also they lied that none of the store in the area had the phone i wanted when the phone was in Bellevue. Returning everything and getting a different provider.

Horrible customer service very rude very short with me i just called the store nearest me with simple questions and he cut me off wasnt interested in my business or helping me switch carriers or anything i was shocked how rude he was!!!!!!
