One of the worst AT & T stores ever. Never ever step into this pit. I went to this store on october first week for porting our 4 T mobile number to AT & T just because we had an option for upgrading our Iphone 6 to Iphone 7. Everything went fine and we successfully ported our numbers after 2 days. well that experience itself was pathetic. I will come back to it later. I received my IPhone 7 in 3 days and I was very happy about it. For returning my Iphone 6, On October 23rd I went to the store just to hear that I am not eligible for the upgrade and the offer was ended on september end. This was really insane the none of the store representatives are aware of the fact that this offer has ended. They cheated us saying they still run this promotion and we finally ended all our 4 connections with AT & T. And more over the representative has also said that we can always go back to T Mobile whenever we want. This is totally bullshit and I have never seen such a worst customer care. I always heard taking care of the customers is the first priority. But everything I heard was wrong and nonsense. Never ever go to this store in your life time. If there is an option to provide Zero star or something in negative I would rather chose that option. Seriously they have wasted my entire weekend. And still I am fighting for my rights Read less

DO WE HAVE OPTION NOT TO CHOOSE ANY STAR FOR THIS STORE. As there is no option, am giving 1 star for this store. I have requested for a number porting from their virtual carrier, Air voice wireless to AT&T in this store. But it wasnt happened for 3 days. When called this store to get the updates, they said that the information / update can be provided only by the executive who worked on the request. But she was off for 3 days, so waited for 3 days and called the store, they said they will ask the executive to call me back with updates and ETA. But there was no return call, then called the store, they again asked my details and assured me that I will be called by the executive definitely next day but that also didnt happen. I called the store next day again, representative transfered the call to store manager, he again Got my details and assured that the executive will call me immediately. Waited for an hour, nothing happened. Called 611 customer care, they did it in 20 minutes. I felt ashamed, I should have called for phone support at the very first stage, this is totally my fault, Not an AT&T store issue!!!! THANKS TO "KORI" FOR HER PHONE SUPPORT. EXCELLENT PHONE SUPPORT SERVICE!!!!!

I just came back from the store and very upset with how things were managed. Walked into the store at 7:40 pm to change the sim card (Had a new smart phone Galaxy 3 with me and the sim card had to be changed to the smaller one). There was one person in a queue before me and 4 employees. 2 employees were working with one couple and another 2 employees (one of them is a manager) were working with one woman. Those 2 employees were just standing and waiting for something. ( I was few feet from them). At 9 pm I got my turn and was told the computers at the store are not allowing them to do that at that time and asked to come back tomorrow. The upsetting part is changing sim card probably takes 2 min. total and during my time at the store I was observing employees chatting with customers and/ or waiting for something. 2 employees were chatting with the same customer for the whole time I was there. Not sure how T-Mobile next door to them works but I am considering to check them tomorrow. UPDATE: I went to ATT store at Bellevue Mall and everything took maximum 3 minutes. If you want fast and professional service go to Bellevue Mall store.

Ive preordered a lumia 920 at this store on Wednesday (nov 7th 2012) - the manager said that did not allow anyone to pick it up at the store when it launches (nov 9th). They assured me that I would get it Nov 9th in the afternoon (Ive asked them several times). Now, I just got the tracking number at 5.30 pm Nov 9th saying that the phone is in Memphis, TN. It is expected to be delivered on Nov 14th. They are just delivering it using the cheapest way possible - USPS priority mail. Had they told me this earlier, I would not have pre-ordered and stood in line to get it at the store. Id have to agree with the comment that they just want to make as many sales as possible. Do not trust them.

The employees at the Redmond AT&T location seem to be helpful and efficient. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the store manager Scott is the worst. All he cares about is selling and meeting his numbers, even if hes deceiving the customer to buy unneeded services or upgrading a plan that ultimately costs more money. Ive been to this location numerous times and the store manager couldnt care less about anyone but himself from my point of view. Its sad when AT&T chooses its managers based on numbers and not actually quality of service. AT&T actually pretends they have good customer service as well. Worse every year.

Complete Disaster! The manager (Jordan) is all about the short term sell. They refused to cancel my agreement, despite a clear explanation on the receipt, and when the the associate called AT&Ts customer support, he was condescending. If you need to cancel their awful service youll have to call in yourself and clearly explain to them their own agreement terms (which will take plenty of time). But dont take my word for it, what do the rest of the reviews say...

Worst service ever! The sales person are OK. But the manager really sucks. Instead of helping the customer, he refused to provide any information about my recent account changes. He only cares about selling the product but not the service. AT&T changes my plan and auto renewed it without any of my permission. Not with a single word of apology, the guy refused to offer any help even calling AT&T.

I had to go to this store 4 times in two weeks for a small issue, none of the staff are trained well on ATT procedures. You have to sit with them and explain every thing, the follow up is also pretty bad. I would give this store 0 stars if that options existed. Recommend to go to a different ATT store.

I was having a lot of issues with a phone upgrade due to some very strange behavior when trying to order online. I visited the AT&T store and Jason took ownership of my issue and worked with me to a full resolution. Best customer service I have received in a very long time.

I got an IPhone from this store and the deal was set-up in a few mins.. The sales person, Carlos Mendez provided every detail patiently and we were really impressed! We would recommend this store to our friends as well... Thanks Carlos & AT&T

I went in to get a new sim card and it only took a couple minutes. I came in about 20 minutes after opening in the morning. After installing the sim for me, she tested the phone, and I left.
