I visited the pharmacy on May 5th and had to deal with THEE most condescending, disrespectful and outright rude pharmacist Ive EVER met. If you are unfortunate enough to have to fill a script at this Safeway pray you dont have to deal with pharacist Michele and if you do be prepared to listen to her belittle her techs and treat her patients like inconveniences. This chick actually had the balls to loudly tell another patient that of she didnt appreciate her as a pharmacist she should buy over the counter meds and see what happens. If I could give negative stars I would.

The staff here are very friendly and very consistent. But, i went in today the weekend of the 4th of July and they only have 4/6 lanes open when the lines are literally blocking people from walking by. I go in for hamburger buns and have to wait 10 minutes to get out of the store???? i wasnt going to write a review for this experience, but since it is a cronic problem at this Safeway that they wont fix, i did. Happy to adjust rating if they ever fix this problem. But will they??? Time will tell. Sincerely, regular customer

Bobbie was cashier and I felt like maybe she didnt like her job or just didnt want to be at work today. Never saw her smile once at me or the two customers before her. The lady at the pharmacy was very helpful. Your store is clean. I dont usually go to the Covington Safeway just because the people are not very friendly. I prefer to Safeway on 132nd and Kent Kangley. Everyone there is very friendly. They make you feel welcomed.

If you use the Safeway app and "Just for You" digital coupons you can save considerably. The employees at this store go out of their way to make you a valued customer. My only complaint is that I have trouble logging into their WiFi on my Nexus 4. The store uses Wandering WiFi and I have to fiddle around to avoid the "Lock Screen" on my phone. I like to use my Safeway app while in the store and I dont have a data plan.

Employees are super friendly. When I ask questions, they actually listen and show they want to give service. I only go to safe ways now when I can. Real service, and great employees. Chevron gas points are a major plus!

Has always had the thing I went there to get unlike some other stores which might not have had one obscure thing I needed. Can feel a bit crowded but there are always more than a few lanes open and the employees are very nice.

Its the local Covington Safeway. They are all over town, but this is a newer one, so still very clean inside. It also does not have the lines like the ones in Renton seemed to ALWAYS have!

Used to like this location but there are always long lines now. Not sure if they cut back or got busier. Now I go to fred Meyer and almost always walk right up to a cashier.

Their pharmacy is the absolute best. I drive here from maple valley because the customer service is stellar. Im a picky panda so its not a small deal that I make the drive!

Checkers move fast. Good selection of produce. Very personable employees. Floor is clean. Baked goods on point. Fried chicken is way better than the colonels.

Clean and organized. They offer great sales but you need to jump through "U" shaped hoopes so read yhe signs carefully and make sure it rings up right.

Great spot, BACK IN THE DAY, this was the only place around, no costco, no Fred meyers and Nothing on the other side of 272nd. Man Covington came up.
