Bought a phone from a salesman named Mark Sindayen, when asking about the return policy on the phone and plan I was told it was 30 days numerous times, I made sure to bring it up before and after I bought everything as it was very important to me to know how long I had to bring it back if I was dissatisfied. I started to have problems with my phone 12 days after I got it, I spent a few days trying to troubleshoot on my own w/o success, I spoke to Blackberry who said it was a defect and to take it back. Upon arrival at the store they changed their tune, now the policy was suddenly 14 days not the 30 Mark Sindayen and the other salesman had told me over and over, because of this they claimed there was nothing they could do because it had been 16 days and thus no longer returnable. They tell me I have to pay $35 and take it to a repair shop to even get it looked at rather then just swap it out for a working unit. I had to spend 4 hours on the phone with sprint corporate just for them to agree I was lied to and let me get the phone repaired free of charge. Do not trust Mark Sindayen or anyone else at this store, this kid lied to me and they will lie to you and say whatever you want to hear to get commission on a sale. BUYER BEWARE!

I love these guys! I was having trouble with an app a few weeks ago and went in hoping somebody could show me what I was doing wrong, my husband told me that even though we have Sprint, I would have to go to Apple..... I figured it wouldnt hurt to try! There were no other customers, so the two gentlemen were able to give me personalized service and show me what I was doing wrong. One of them was J.W Moore. Ironically, two days later my phone got damaged beyond repair. I have gone back into the store two times since then and each time JW was there with a smile on his face ready to assist...the first time I came in with an old phone I was hoping would be compatible , it wasnt. My new phone came in today and I was happy to see JW again when I just went in.... once again I received super friendly, awesome personalized service. I purchased a protective case this time, because as great as my experience was, I am hoping not to have to go back for a while! ;) Very happy customer!

I have been a long time Sprint customer who relocated from out of state. I had a few problems with my service and went in to seek help. This store is very much open (the post below says that it is closed). The new store manager (Sarah) and one of the sales people helped me. My experience could not be any more different than the experiences described below. The team at this store helped my quickly and resolved the problem with my service. They even suggested that I could move to a new rate plan to save me money each month! Ill definitely make this my new "home" store!

Purchased a phone online. Was called by the rep to come pick up the device in store. Drove to the store and was told to wait while they processed the pick up. The rep had difficulty giving me the phone that I had purchased. "The system says its a web order, so theres a 20 minute wait. Dont worry, I can bypass it. Just hang tight" Hung tight 20 minutes and then was told to come back after 30 minutes to pick up the phone that was on the counter. You guys rock.

horrible service..my brother had a very bad experience with them in his process of buying new iphone 7..very poor customer service always tells us to call helpline number because they do not have access or says cant do anything about it.. employees there are very rude and arrogant..cant believe sprint has such bad service going to move to either verizon or tmobile..also would suggest other customers also..

Great, attentive staff. It was a little busy but they were able to get things started for me right away. My phone had died and I was ready to switch to another carrier. They couldnt do anything about they phone, but were able to convince me to stick with Sprint and helped me get a new phone. Bonus points for laughing at my jokes and playing along.

The manager at this location is awesome. We all know how frustrating cell phone companies can be with regards to customer service, but these guys delivered for sure. Super helpful and willing to go extra for customers is pretty rare these days.

Lying employees dont know Sprint contracts or policies. WORST SPRINT STORE AROUND. Poe dunk small minded salespeople wont help unless its a new account. Sprint stores HAVE DIFFERENT POLICIES AND THIS ONE WILL CHARGE YOU!
