Not a big fan of this Value Village. It reminds me of a dirty run down on going garage sale. I had to go around a Redmond city block four times to find this place. Due to it being tucked in the corner out of sight from the street. My gps kept saying I was at destination but couldnt find it. Customer service is okay nothing special. They need to step up the quality of the items they sell. Most of the seconds were rather dingy and ratty looking. Sorry but I shall not be back. Each time Ive tried to come here I have had to circle 10 minutes for a parking spot.

Your standard Value Village store. Customer service varies from individual to individual. Inside is run down and a little dirty. Filthy changing rooms. Second hand store where they need to select better items that are not worn down and be deserved to be tossed. Location could be better. Its a right hand turn in and right hand turn out. If you pass the one entrance you have to circle the one way blocks around Redmond until you come back. Not very much parking and full after a few hours. Would and would not recommend. I for one will not come back.

This isnt my favorite Value Village, but it fills in when I dont feel like driving to Seattle. Selection is moderate, with overall good prices. I find the womens clothing more worn, especially jeans, but I have had some successes. Ive shopped here for long enough to say that finds are hit and miss, more so than at the Capitol Hill VV. Parking is usually annoying because its shared with other stores. There is a small lot behind the Value Village to use as well.

Awesome location. decent selection. Very clean and spacious. Mainly things are well organized. Some t shirts are just plain overpriced. But some items are a steal. I got a couple of good name brand golf t shirts hardly worn for around $10. I once found a great unworn name brand belt for $8 :).. it does take time to find the good deals.. oh come on why go to a third store if you dont enjoy "looking for.a good deal" :)

I donate here and shop here all the time. For the people complaining about it being expensive for a thrift store.. They dont know what they are talking about. Not to mention you can become a Club Member for free and you get access to TONS of sales exclusive to members - 50% sales all the time. My mother in law makes it a point to go every time she visits from another state.

Tucked in the corner of this strip mall the outside is deceiving - looks smallish... Once you walk in its a fairly large store. This location normally has nice things to offer - clothing (newish to brand new), home goods (unusual & useful items), & books are always fun to peruse. Great way to contribute & reduce our carbon footprint.

This is a fantastic location in Redmond for a Value Village. Maybe because its a nicer area, so better stuff gets donated? They have the biggest electronics sections Ive seen so far that has everything from older tvs to interesting computer parts like busted laptops. Great spot for those that like to pay a few bucks to tinker.

I havent been to another value village so I cant compare them. But this value village is reality clean and large. I always find something great here whenever I go. Ive also found some great baking and cooking supplies! Sometimes theres a bit of a line to check out but it moves relatively fast over another checker comes.

I get a lot of compliments on my 6 year olds clothes and most of them come from Value Village! Why pay full retail for something hes going to grow out of when I can find awesome kids clothes for cheap at the Redmond Value Village :) Also got his bike there and all sorts of other odds and ends for the house and kitchen.

Great store! One of my favorite places to visit at lunch. Pricing is fairly consistent, and they usually have a rather broad selection. Somewhat awkward parking situation, but it seems like construction is currently underway to improve that, though probably at the expense of capacity (which was always quite low).

Clothing selection is quite a bit on the larger person side but every once in a while there are really nice choices. Pros: Exactly the pros youd expect from a thrift shop. Cons: Except for an old asian lady, the staff is just not there mentally. Their eyes arent bloodshot, but they sure act the part of a stoner.

Overpriced on most items even higher than retail. Also I witness people being wrongfully accused of stealing because the looked poor. It has also recently been revealed that they dont contribute as much to charities as their advertising would have you believe. I thought goodwill was bad, sheesh!

Great place to find some really awesome deals on quality brands and clothing for way under what you would spend elsewhere. I am so thankful for this place for I couldnt have gotten on my way here on my budget without them. Thank you, highly recommend!

I usually look through the electronics department when I stop through, and on a couple of occasions have purchased electronics that turned out to be broken. However, there is a power strip there where you are allowed to test items. Be sure to use it!

This used to be my go to spot for cheap not used items. My last visit (April of 2017), I was very disappointed that they have raised the prices by at least 30%. Some items were really destroyed and they were marked in price as if they were brand new.

A pretty great selection of second-hand clothes in decent to good condition. Great to reasonable prices An ok selection of other random stuff. Not a great selection of books/movies/music (Half-Price Books nearby is better for those items).

The location is why this didnt get 5 stars. Thank God they put a street light on the parking lot exit. Otherwise it would be nearly impossible to get out. What more can I say its value village. Buy used goods and donate at this location

I wish I had gotten her name, but the woman at the jewelry counter was so sweet and friendly. She was just the sweetest. They also had super cool stuff and I got an expensive book I wanted but couldnt afford, even at Half-Price, for $3.

Unbelievable deals. I picked up 4 new ..... never been warn...... Brooks Brothers shirts for $12 each. Tons of designer stuff that is barely worn. Lots of rich people in the area that donate their stuff.

Prices on furniture are really low and theyre in great condition. Adult clothes are overpriced but kids and baby clothes are fairly priced. Bathrooms are dirty and employees are rude when you ask for help.

I always find something good here. They always seem to have a great selection of jigsaw puzzles. The last time I was here I managed to find two camping sleeping pads for dirt cheap at $9 a piece.
