Easily the best service switch experience Ive ever had! If you are interested in making a change to Verizon--or if you need help as an existing Verizon customer, I wholeheartedly recommend you avoid Verizon operated stores and head straight for TCC in Bellevue. Catheryne took care of everything for me, answered all my questions and found me the best imaginable savings. When you manage several different devices with a separate service provider, making such a large jump can be very intimidating. However, when you spend a little time at TCC, you can be sure that a friendly, non-pushy group of knowledgeable people will help you transition, every step of the way. I do not leave reviews, as a rule, but my experience has been so awesome that I would be a total jerk if I didnt spread the word somehow...

Came into the Bellevue Verizon TCC store to just ask a question about my phone, not expecting it to be good news because I usually end up having to paying for something at other locations. Come to find out it was just the opposite and that I was eligible for a free NEW model phone AND a free tablet, all for the same monthly payment! when does that happen!? Also found out that I had store credit that I was able to get a charging dock! Catheryne was my sales associate and she was beyond nice and helpful! Ive always had great service with Verizon but this experience with her just made me a customer for life. By far the BEST experience I could have at a phone store. They are terrific about helping. Catherine is my go to sales person who seems to be in tune and most knowledgeable of my questions. However, all are nice. They also do not have the long waits as in other centers; although it depends on the time you show up. Just nice, patient service. Only complaints are with the products. In previous times when contracts were used, my cell phones always died 6 months before contract was up - the battery, the touch screen, and other issues happened. The last two phones have been frustrating. They cannot guarantee it wont happen again and the insurance does not cover such issues. Its a little frustrating, to say the least whether it is a contract or buying the phone on time.

The employees at this store are excellent customer service people. They have been as helpful as any employees with whom I have ever dealt. Their technical expertise is as good as I have seen. They are patient and extremely accommodating. Ive had the opportunity to observe them assisting other customers while I am waiting. They do there best to see that customers are handled effectively and efficiently. I cant say enough about the quality of service they provide. As much as I dont know the circumstances involving the people that have written negative comments about this store, I can only say that nothing could be further from the truth based on my experiences with them.

I have been here a number of times and each time they have had to call to Verizon corporate since they are an "Authorized Reseller" and had no idea how to fix issues or simply add a phone to my account. Today I wanted to get a new sim card for a phone I had. They tried to claim they cant activate on my phone due to problems with the IMEI and I would have to buy a new phone. Same phone was on my account 4 months ago. Went to Verizon owned store in Redmond walked in and out with same phone activated in 5 mins. I will not visit this store again nor waste with them any longer!! I suggest you do the same.

I recently purchased a phone from Matt and he displayed exceptional service. Instead of selling me a phone to make the most profit he directed me to the droid maxx which Im extremely happy with plus I saved quite a bit with the mail in rebate. The one star user who posted a review choose the wrong insurance plan which put him in the situation he dealt with. Be educated with your insurance plan before writing poor reviews about an outstanding place.

The place is very understaffed. There was only one person Maria attending to all customers walking in, she made me wait 1 hour+ while attending to all other people who were in line behind me while trying to appease me saying "ill be right back to help you". I felt discriminated because of my appearance at this store. If youre not white, avoid this place or get insulted.

Went to this location today to solve a problem with my iPhone. Kevin was patient, friendly & highly knowledgeable. Not only was I able to get my phone fixed but was lucky to purchase a tablet on a $20 promo. Kevin set up the tablet & spent time explaining everything to me. I would recommend coming to this store for your needs & working with Kevin.

The employees here were nice but very pushy and didnt do what I asked them to, they specifically offered to lower my data per month to make it cheaper and I adamantly told them no but they did it anyways without telling me so I went over my data limit and was charged extra, I will probably not come back to this verizon store.

After a horrible experience with the Corporate store in the Bear Creek Shopping Center, I went to this location. What a turn around. Both Carlos and Stephen bent over backwards to assist me with my needs. If I ever need anything else from Verizon, I will drive out of my way and bypass Redmond, to go back to this store.

These guys are as good at customer service as any business Ive been to. They have been extremely helpful with all aspects of my Verizon service. The next time I need to upgrade my cell phone or service, I will come here. They do an amazing job of supporting their clients.

Fun fact. They have a big Verizon sign over their store but if you have a Verizon phone under contract that doesnt work, they give you a website to go to so you can get a replacement "In about five days after paying a deductible." Yup. Five days. No phone. No help.
