I was very pleased with this shops service on May 2nd, 2017 when I brought in my phone for a screen repair. The service was fast, even though my phone couldnt detect the SD card right away. The repair guy said he didnt touch anything around where the SD card sits, and that it may be corrupted. His suggestion was to go home and format it. I paid and walked away. On the next day, the phone stopped detecting the SIM card. Since then, Ive had to restart my phone several times in the day to have it detect the SIM so I could use my phone. I called the provider, got a new SIM, removed my SD card completely and nothing improved. Meanwhile, I noticed that the screen was developing a faded line which seemed to be turning into a crack. I emailed the shop in the last month and they asked me to bring in the phone. So, here is the experience that completely changed my opinion about this shop. The place has rude staff who completely lack a professional and courteous attitude and they do not gracefully listen to customers. The staff outright blamed me of breaking my screen by putting it in my pocket with keys, etc. and he said that there are no ifs and buts that he wants to listen to. I asked him to print me a copy of the contract which he did and he spitefully asked me to, "GET OUT!" He told me that the shop didnt need customers like me. When I told him that I was surprised to see how the staff talks to customers, and that I will be writing a review, he dared to walk out after me to read the license plate for my car and threatened to do something if I wrote a review. I ignored him and sat in my car. This is what I heard him yell- " Hey! Dont write the review. Ill fix your goddamn phone for ......."( I dont know what he said at the end.). I have never had such an experience in my life! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM SUCH AN EXPERIENCE.

The only reason they get the second star is because they were very nice and admitted to their errors except till I dealt with the guy at the very end. Took my ipad air 2 in to get a broken screen replaced. The folks were nice but everything that could go wrong with this repair did go wrong. Round 1: Screen was repaired however after i picked it up it was ghosting (screen randomly clicked everywhere). I took it back they said they will fix it. Round 2: Got a call that ghosting is fixed. I pick up the ipad, ghosting is fixed however one edge of the screen has dead spots, home button is not placed right (They didnt move a spacer over) and sleep wake sensor is messed up. The ipad goes to sleep when I flip the smart cover to the other side. Round 3: I take it back i show the folks the problem. They say i need another new screen and the spacer will be placed back in as well. Round 4: I get a call Ipad is fixed. I go to pick it up the screen is replaced, however the sleep wake sensor is still messed up. I show this to the gentleman and i get the argument of we didnt touch the sensor (the sensor that is next to home button). I explain this was working before, and we get into an argument of they dont know if it was working before. Nothing we can do .. we can put back the shattered screen and give you a refund good luck .. at this point I am done arguing .. So after 4 days of back and forth (3 repair trips) i am now with an ipad with a broken sleep wake sensor fixed screen though :) oh btw the home button is still loose. .. lesson learnt spend the extra 100 dollars and go back to the apple store

Edited to add: after posting this review the owners contacted me and fully refunded the money I spent on the new iPad, and were very concerned about the experience I had with them. I believe them to be sincere in their desire to make things better, and they definitely went well out of their way to make sure things were right. Ive had two experiences with them. The first experience was fairly good; while the worker there couldnt fix the issue (a faulty charge port) he sent it out for repair. This was for the same issue. When I arrived the staff was in a heated argument that went for 30 or more minutes about repairs done to his phone, where things didnt work that were unrelated to the reason he got the phone fixed. He fought and fought over this, and ended up having to pay for repairs anyway. My iPad was brought in for repair. I was told it would take a few days, which was fine. It ended up taking 6 days. When I received it the port was still somewhat loose, but ended up working - but all sound was completely disabled. In addition to that, it does not connect to bluetooth any more, nor does it update the OS. Both of these things were fine prior to the repair. Ive not brought it back to ask for a refund or to try and fix it; based on the experience I witnessed it just isnt worth my time to do so. I dont have the time to spend fighting them to get things they broke fixed and have to pay even more to do so. If you have quick fixes like a glass replacement theyre probably fine. I wouldnt trust them to do any more than that.

I wish I would have found this place sooner! My experience here was quick, professional and the price was more than reasonable! Most people work on only iPhone but it seems like they will work on nearly anything! I had a cracked back on the a Samsung Galaxy S7, which was difficult enough to find someone to fix, but when I walked into this place they said it was no problem! They had the part on hand, they told me exactly how much it would cost and that it would take 15 minutes, and thats just how long it took before I was out the door! Awesome bunch of guys, very professional and good at what they do! Also, while you wait for your device they have tons of great phone cases for all the newest phones, cords, SD cards, and refurbished devices all at great prices!

My daughters iPhone had a cracked screen. The quote for the repair was more then the price listed online. I asked why and was given a satisfctory explanation as to why it would cost more. It turned out that it was more than just a broken piece of glass that needed repair. The phone wa repired in an hour as promised. Good technical service but, the young lady at the counter came-off a little cold to me and my daughter both when we dropped-off the phone and when we picked it up. I would certainly return for any future repairs but, hopefully, their interactions with their cusotmers improves over time.
