What a terrible terrible terrible location. I work for a cellular corporation myself (not sprint thank god) and I am truly blown away how unbelievably horrible this sprint is especially their supposed "manager" Jordan. I was on my way to the airport when I decided to stop by sprint to pick up a cellphone charger. (ONLY REASON I stopped there is because it was the only cellphone place on the way) I SPECIFICALLY asked the "manager" who sold me the charger, can I return this charger in the state of Colorado where I live, she said yes. Not only can I NOT return this charger because this location I bought it at is a 3rd party location, when I called to ask why she informed me of this her response was "well you should have purchased it at the cellphone company you work for if you didnt want the hassle." HAHA. Are you serious? Then to top it off I asked to speak with Jordans manager, gave her my info to return my call. Jordan has the audacity to call me back and say "my manager doesnt want to talk to you over a charger escalation." Dont worry I will be bringing this to higher management. The associates working at the time I purchased this charger wasnt even wearing sprint gear. She was wearing a sweatshirt and looked like hell. Way to go sprint, you really hired yourself some good teammates. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT THEY WILL SCREW YOU. SPECIALY "MANAGER" JORDAN.

One word LAZY. I went with my dad today and he is on my sisters share plan. Well she made him an authorized person to make changes to the plan. Well his phone was messed up and instead of helping him, they just told him to go to a website and file a clame so he can get a new phone. So I asked, cant you do that here? There answer was, well we can do that here BUT ("but" seriously) there going to ask us some questions that only your sister can answer. My answer was, I can get her on the phone right now. There answer, Yes but. But!! Really, my dad and I were the only ones there, heck!!! one of them was just texting for goodness sake. My advice to you is, go somewhere else. They are just to lazy to care about your business.

Im thrilled to finally have a Sprint location nearby. I had been forced to purchase a completely new line and new phone under some personal circumstances. I learned of the new Lake Stevens location and entered without any sort of appointment beforehand in need of a new phone. Associate Nathaniel and the Manager Jordyn were both very helpful when it came to making sure I was able to walk out of the store with a phone I really enjoyed. After around 30 short minutes I was out of the store with my new phone and plans to return when it came to any questions I had about my hardware or my plan.

My fiancé had a Samsung Galaxy s6 that was damaged and we came into the store to find out our options. To upgrade in store the reps tell you that you have to pay the remaining balance of the phone which would of been $301 plus the $30 upgrade fee plus the damage fee of $100-$200. We were going to pre order the Samsung s8 but the rep couldnt figure it out online. I went online myself and it was only $126 to upgrade early, the $30 upgrade fee was waived and we will have to pay a damage fee obviously. Saved money doing it myself. Store reps give out false info and arent helpful.
