everyone I know warned to stay away to pay more to avoid the complete scam this location is. they sell refurbished garbage as New, when its obvious the inside of box was tampered with - scratches and torn taping, anyone can see someone previously returned their defective garbage. whats even worse is the employee will bribe - offering miniscule discount in exchange for FALSE POSITIVE reviews. um, not gonna happen, especially when the slick talking con sales guys keep switching their answers and you find out all their bogus info are false. um, most other electronic stores REGULAR prices are lower than bestbuy scammers SALE prices. the people there are total rip off cons, theyll say anything then switch the products and facts under your noses as if you are not paying attention. go deal with them if you are really eager to be cheated and scammed into the 9th dimension. and their crap garbage still wont uphold the manufacturer warranty in the 9th dimension either.

They are great when it come to making a sale but Horrible with returns. I have a family plan and returned one phone. They told me it would be refunded and no harm no fool. Two months later I find I have been getting charged for the phone and line still. I had them fix the charges and a month later Im being charge the full retail price of the phone on my bill. The phone was returned three months prior. Granted AT&T will fix my bill but if I did check it I would have been charged due to auto pay. Plus its a headache having to keep on fixing issues that should have been happening. The store needs to improve their customer service.

Love this place. After going to 3 different sprint stores and 2 best buy, with no luck or help, we came here and were beyond satisfied. The staff is great and very skilled and helpfull. Saved us money and told us us about hidden promotions. Justice, wade, and frys are definitely the people to ask for when going. They go above and beyond to satisfy customers

Great place. They saved us a lot of money getting 3 new phones. Better than the Verizon store! And they took 3 hours to talk with us and answer all our questions and get us all dialed in. All while keeping g their customers happy.

I LOVE THIS STORE. THE STAFF ARE SO HELPFUL AND FUN TO WORK WITH. THEIR INSURANCE IS BETTE THAN USING THE PROVIDER INSURANCE. I WORK ALL THE WAY IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND TRAVEL ACROSS THE BRIDGE JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST.
